I used Traci Reed's It's My Birthday Kit. I also used a Matchbook Album template by Krisi's Kreations to print the right sizes of papers.
I used a point and shoot camera. I've lost a lot of my scrapping supplies so I literally did this with a pair of scissors, my printers, glue stick, elmer's glue and that's about it, lol. Bare minimum here until next month. But ya know, it's cute and I'm able to jot down the birthdays for each month and take single pages out and display on my desk to remind me for the month as I did not staple it together but used a butterfly paper clip thing to hold it together.
