- Journaling reads: "Around the world in 2.5 days. There’s only one place on Earth where that’s possible: Walt Disney World! During our June 2009 trip, we were able to explore Epcot’s World Showcase over the course of a few days. We visited every country and found fun and interesting things to do and see in each one. In America, we watched a performance of Voices of Liberty for the first time. They were amazing! In China, we visited with Mulan, while in Japan, Logan and Kaden were lucky enough to have Miyuki make special candies for them out of rice sugar. Kaden requested a green dragon, while Logan went with a blue flying pegasus. Another first during this trip was a visit to Le Cellier restaraunt in Canada. This was one of our favorite meals, and we can’t wait to return one day. I loved the little chocolate “moose.” He was cute and tasty too! One of the most fun things we encountered in the World Showcase was a performance by Server Amusant in France. Chris was actually chosen to participate in the act, so we all had fun watching him “assist” the Chef and server. In Germany, we did a Kim Possible Mission and had dinner at Biergarten. The kiddos had fun dancing to the Oompah band. We also dined in Norway at Akershus, where we met several princesses and encountered an ugly old troll! Chris and Logan played hopscotch in Great Britain, where we caught a glimpse of Off Kilter performing. In Mexico, we met Donald Duck and enjoyed a boat ride. Our character visits continued with Jasmine and Aladdin in Morroco. It was an unbelievably fun time for everyone!"
