This is a hybrid project. The background pp I've had in my stash for over 5 years - from a package of paper used for my younger dd's engagement party. Since the paper was really thin, I mounted it on chipboard.
The tags are Little Yellow Bicycle from their Everyday Journal Tablet package. I've had them in my stash since last summer.
And I printed the photo mat, circle frame, and colored journal strips from a digi kit by Traci Reed "4 Better". The circle frame and journal strips were mounted on chipboard and then cut out.
