I saw this quote from the Napkin Dad and knew it was ment for this page. It was my 1st 5 K in YEARS, and I was so proud of myself, not for my time, but because I FINISHED!!! The cause was an amazing one If these soldiers have the courage to run with missing limbs, I have NO EXCUSES!!! I have run quite a few since then they are no longer intimidating to me. But I can be no prouder than the day I finished my 1st
