my dear sweet emma, you are 6 years old today and i find myself asking when, where, how and why did this happen? i know i can’t keep you my little girl forever, but this has been such a year of big time firsts that i do wish i could slow time a little bit. i just know i’m going to wake up tomorrow and you’ll be graduating from high school. for today i will enjoy you for the angel and complete blessing you are.
