It was a typical day for us. The weather was warm and partly cloudy, so we went out to play in the sandbox instead of going to the gym (since Kyle
was still sick.)The trains were still set up in the living room and both the boys played with them together before naptime. After nap, Evan wanted
to play VeggieTales games on my computer as usual, but instead of watching a cartoon, Kyle decided to check out what Bubba was doing. I wore
my new crocs for the first time and they were pretty comfy, although I definitely cannot run in them since they are slip ons! Dishes were not done
until after the boys were in bed, but since the weather was nice, I didn’t want to waste it standing in front of the sink, or foldig laundry. Or cleaning
the fishtank again, but hey at least the six fish are still alive! But our best part of the day was after dinner. We all went outside to practice and play
soccer together. Both Mommy and Daddy played, and although we don’t reallyknow what we are doing, we can fake it pretty well. Part of the
“lesson” for tonight was that Evan couldn’t just go get a drink whenever he wanted. And also to show
him it was OK to be aggressive in playing a sport. And fun!
