It's a fabulous layout :)
I used Traci Reed's Bad Sewing Machine stitches and her Sunshine Playtime. I recolored some of the elements slighty to try and get them to match the sun and clouds better. They came out kinda bright but oh well. I also used Misty Cato's Baby Brights and a freebie photo frame from her blog.
The font is Pea Missy.
