The background for this monthly calendar is a 10 inch square sheet of thick chipboard that I painted black to look like a blackboard. The calendar page is attached to the background with a spray adhesive that is repositionable (I use it to stick my rubber stamps onto acrylic blocks) so at the end of the month I can just peel it off and stick January's page in it's place :)
