Do not call me repeatedly.

arrrgh . . . !

Someone has called me 4 times this morning. It's a telemarketer or something. I am not answering the phone. Maybe they are hanging up before my voicemail kicks in. :cursing:
 
lol you know... a few weeks ago I switched my home phone number, I figured eh.. no big deal, I really don't use that number- everyone who needs me calls my cell. WELL.. It's been ringing off the hook since I changed #'s!!!!!!!!!!! OCcassionally there is a message, but most days it's like your morning :D :D :D Call after call after call.. no messages.. usually no one th ere when I pick up either. Geez go away people!
 
Did you sign up for the DO NOT CALL LIST ???? It really does work. I still get a few calls but nothing too major.....You can do it for your cell phone too. I am not sure of the actual web address but if you google it it will be there...
 
yeah, I signed up for Do Not Call but I think it's a business that does business with me. I think it's our health insurance comapny.

i'll right . . . I will confess . . . I probably told them to call me at some point . . . but now I don't want to talk to them :p
 
Oh my gosh! The same thing has been happening at my house - calls over and over and over again to lower your interest rates, to win a free trip to who-knows-where....

You can press #3 to be removed, but they still call!

I love call display!

Ugh! In the last few weeks we have been getting TONS of calls! I finally signed up for the do not call list again... but a lot have been from our phone company!
 
I've been getting them too! What's up with this?? I've mostly been getting ones from Walmart (what the heck??) telling me that a family member entered me in a draw to win a trip to the Carribean. All I have to do is provide my credit card #..... UMMMMMM! Somehow I'm thinking this is NOT actually Walmart. Especially when it started with "Good news! Walmart has just put up their Winter 2008 display, and a family member entered you in a draw for....."

Okay... good to know that WALMART now has their WINTER 2008 display up. Seeing that its SPRING. Makes me wanna run right in and stock up on snow pants... Yeesh!
 
We only use cells so we don't get telemarketing calls or anything like that since we're on the do not call list. Most of our calls are from family/friends or occasionally someone wanting to know where their money is :glare: Good thing that's not very often lol! But my Mom though has said her phone has been ringing off the wall lately with calls from political candidates and stuff.
 
If you don't leave me a message, I don't call you back. Simple as that.
I screen all my calls. I'm cool like that ;)
 
Do what I do: don't have a phone plugged into the line. No random calls or telemarketers for me! :)
 
oooo - I always like to make sure I'm talking to a person and then I give the phone to my 4yo! He LOVES to talk to those people - He says - mommie doesn't want to talk to you, but I do!!!
