Clearwater Marine Aquarium/Winter... anyone been?

As anyone visited Winter the dolphin at Clearwater Marine Aquarium? Is it worth it? We're thinking about trekking out there when we're in Orlando at the end of the month. We just watched Dolphin's Tale and Luke LOVED it. We would do the Sea Safari as well as visit the aquarium- if we go.

Opinions?
 
It is on my list of "to-do's" this summer. I only learned of it from watching Dolphin Tale so it has only been a few months since I saw it. It may be a later summer/early fall activity for our family. I'll be watching this thread for info though :)
 
I got a few replies on my FB and most said it's not really worth the money. I think we're going to pass this time.
 
We are going this weekend for free with our MOSI (Tampa Science Museum) pass. I don't expect much other than hopefully an hour of entertainment for my DD and her friends that are staying with us for a few days.

If you are thinking of coming to Tampa I'd say Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo or Adventure Island would be worth the drive (and about an hour closer than Clearwater).
 
We went the Friday the movie opened because they had a celebration. Its not worth the money. Its really far out there and super tiny!
