TV series recommendations...

Im looking for some recommendations on TV series that I can download to watch on my Nook or my computer or whatever. We dont have HBO or extended cable so I missed out on a lot of good ones. I have downloaded and watched True Blood and really liked it.

So what are your recommendations?
 
My all time favorite is Criminal Minds but I do not know if you can download it. Umm other then that I love Charmed, One Tree Hill, Friends, How I Met Your Mother,Gilmore Girls. I also like this show called Heartland. The acting is not the best in the world but it is interesting enough.
 
I'm addicted to Army Wives at the moment... soo good! I think I've watched all 5 seasons in like 2 weeks! haha

Not sure if it's available by download - I'm watching it on on Netflix
 
I have no idea if it's download-able, but Game of Thrones is my ultimate favorite show right now. I'm obsessed with it! :wub:

Other cable faves are Magic City, The Borgias, Boardwalk Empire, and Deadliest Catch.
 
oh yes- Game of Thrones. Ive heard about this and my mom is watching it.

Dowton Abbey was another Ive heard about.

Anybody watch Dexter?
 
Oh another one I am kinda embarrassed to admit I watch is Teen Mom 2. I just watched one episode because I was bored and it was on netflix and got hooked LOL.
 
My husband and I are watching Lost (I already saw it before, but loving it a second time, too) and I starting watching Jericho (which I'd never heard of before, but it's awesome). The Walking Dead is great, too if you like zombies.
 
I LOVED Jericho and West Wing and cant believe they arent on.

Thank you for mentioning Walking Dead. I knew there was one about zombies that I wanted to check out but couldnt remember the name. :)
 
My husband watches Dexter and Breaking Bad -- He is absolutely addicted to those shows. :) I watched the first episode of Breaking Bad and it was pretty good, I just don't have much time these days. I've read all the Walking Dead comic books and the storylines are pretty intense, there's never a dull moment! I'm sure the tv show is great as well -- I have my husband's Walking Dead "toys" to prove it! :). I'm a Mad Men kind of person myself! :) Good luck, Amber!
