Hi Everyone! :w00t:

I'm yet another person who's been forced to lay low and lurk around these parts for the past few weeks... but now that the big news has been unleashed, I'm happy to finally come out of hiding!

My name is Laura, and I've arrived here with Nicole and Mari from TDC. I'm a designer over there, and a scrapper over here, and a mom to 2 crazy boys (age 2 and 4) and a wife to my college sweetheart who I met almost 20 years ago. I'm also a former athlete who -- after 2 emergency c-sections, 1 back surgery, and 2 knee surgeries -- is now totally content to chill out with a bowl of ice cream and veg. I'm also a big lover of anything that makes me laugh, as those who know me are well aware...

There are a lot of you here who already know me... and even more of you who don't... and I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone a little better ASAP!

Truth be told, I am completely confident that any "picking on Laura" that occurs is totally deserved and warranted. There's that old saying about "don't dish it out if you can't take it..." and I am a girl who believes in living by such cliches.

Or, wait.
