Nerd alert!! It's Friday which means only two more sleeps until Game of Thrones season two starts. :thumbup: From the early reviews, it doesn't sound like it will disappoint. I hear this season they're adding in some of the battle scenes which, if you've read the books, are a big deal. I'm really looking forward to the intro of some of the characters, like Stannis and Davos.

Anyone else going to be watching?
 
LOL My first thought when I read the title Keely was, "what the heck is she talking about, it's supposed to be 88 this weekend." :D

We don't get HBO so we won't be watching but I've heard good things!
 
LOL Is it good or bad that I knew exactly what she was talking about?

We will both be watching here. I hope they keep up the good work. I am disappionted enough, that the last book seems to be lame. I haven't even gotten it yet and I used to love that series. :(

I'm reading the last book now and I'm liking it, it's better than the fourth so far.
 
LOL...I saw your thread title and TOTALLY GOT IT! What I don't get, however, is HBO! :( I still need to watch season 1! I'm a huge fan of the books. I can't wait to start the tv series! :)

They just released HBOGo for xbox a few days ago and I watched the first 2 episodes that night! I haven't read the books yet (they're on my list though!) so I want to catch up before I watch the new season!
 
I'll be watching it! Huge fan of the books, still waiting for my bookcases to be built so I can unpack my books and read Dance with Dragons.
 
I'm STOKED. For Season 1 we recorded them and watched them marathon style over a few days, but I don't think I'll be able to wait for that to happen with Season 2.
 
I'm SO excited! Game of Thrones is the ONLY TV series we've been so excited over, that we wait and watch each episode as it comes! Normally I hate the whole cliffhanger feel of TV series so I'd rather just wait til a whole season is done then watch it all marathon-style. But I MUST. KNOW. WHAT. HAPPENS. :D
