Pretty Please!

I'm having trouble sticking to my plan, and I think its because I'm getting tired of Turkey Sandwiches.

And I'm not a fan of TV dinners.

I love making wraps or burritos. Whole wheat tortilla and your fillings of choice. I do vegetarian refried beans, lowfat cheese, sauteed spinach and fat free greek yogurt. Hummus with lunchmeat and veggies,

I usually just packed up a portion of what I had cooked for dinner the night before for lunch the next day. My favorite reheated were burrito bowls (used skinnytaste's cilantro lime rice, chicken, black beans, and veggies)

How many points are you trying to stay within range of for lunch? When I really tracked I used a good bit of points on lunch usually eating 9-10 points

I usually do some kind of wrap too...I love the Skinny Girl Flat Out Bread too..I use it for panini's on the George Foreman grill :)

mmm i love that bread too I do the same!

Her cuban recipe looks great have u tried it?

I haven't tried that..I usually just do turkey and fat free cheese...or for just a grilled cheese I spread one triangle of Skinny Cow light Swiss on it and then sprinkle some shredded fat free cheddar and it is really good.

I really like the Progresso soups too. Low points and when you pair it with your usual sandwich you'll really feel like you're having a meal instead of just a sandwich. :)

I have to try that Skinny Cow trick. I love Skinny Cow but it never occurred to me to spread it on a sandwich. lol

I eat a lot of salads for my lunch, but I put some good stuff in it. I load up the veggies like mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots and peas, put in an hard boiled egg for some protein and even add a little ham and turkey if I am feeling the need for meat. I also add a Tbsp of dried cranberries for my sweetness.

I think I am a little afraid of carbs, so I avoid the sandwich for the most part, but I am going to check out that link and see if I can come up with some good options.

I'm going to make a couple soups for the week and I got some potatoes for baked potatoes. Next week I'll try to branch out even more I think.
