Bottom 3: Chikezie (sent home), Syesha, Jason
 
woot! My husband told me to put Syeshia and I totally ignored him..haha I thought she was good on tues..I might listen to him next week
 
CRAZY, I say! I mean..no worries on sending Chikezie home or even Syesha, but my man Jason does NOT need to be in the bottom!
 
I am also shocked about Syeshia, I thought she did great.......Oh well, maybe next week I will get it ALL right!!!!!!!
 
Well, I'm not disappointed that he went home...
I was shocked that Sayesha was in the bottom three. She was really good last night. Maybe Jason learned some humility tonight... his performance was awful last night.
 
Yeah, it even looked like the judges were a bit surprised at Syesha being there. I certainly was - there were 2-3 other performances that were worse than hers that night (Ramiele, Carly, Kristy (pitchy in spots)) and she's been relatively consistent. I think what sent her down there is that it was a somewhat forgettable song. I don't know. Sorry, Mandabean, but Jason's performance warranted him a bottom 3 relative to the others' performances (and that's what it's about), but he definitely is not yet ready to go home. I think this was a wake-up call for him, like Kristy got a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, he'll get back to the performances that won us over, like "Hallelujah". Chikezie deserved to go home because while his performances were not terrible, he did not pick great arrangements (especially last week's performance) and he did not improve week over week but rather declined over time in my opinion.
 
I was very surprised by Syesha being in the bottom three. Her performance on Tuesday certainly didn't merit it by any means. I'm definitely a bigger fan of Ramiele, but she should have been there instead of Syesha.

Chikezie's departure really wasn't a surprise to me. He's a wonderful singer, he just doesn't have that "thing" that some of the others do, yk?
