I think something is wrong with me. I have ZERO mojo. Like, not even a teeny bit where I can start a LO. Nada. And it's never happened before! :unsure:

Jordan was awesome and took me to Ritz on teh way home, but naturally we disagree on which DSLR I should get. I like the Nikon D80 better, he liked the Rebel XTi better.

AND I've got both my ADSR lo's to do, and again with the lack o' mojo. This stinks. I'm going to go read and watching some DVR'd shows and wallow in my misery. :glare:
 
I lost my mojo for a while and couldn't even LIFT a good layout! I didn't even want to scrap, and it was awful. I was questioning who I was, lol. Hugs from me, Colleen. Good luck picking out your fancy schmancy camera!
 
Same here! Not even scraplifting a good LO or trying one of SSD's fab challenges does the trick! What's wrong with me? LOL
 
I hope you get it back and soon !!!! I have lost mine as well but we are leaving for our trip to Kentucky to go camping Friday morning so I will not be doing much scrapping but with all the pics I am gonna take hopefully that will spark something !!!!!
 
Well I'm glad I'm not alone! LOL! Well not glad, but you know what I mean.

Yea the challenges aren't sparking anything, and neither is lifting or templates. It's a total mojo loss.

I'm going to try again today. But then tonight we have to clean the house from top to bottom cuz Jordan's family is coming for Easter.
 
Awww hugs girlie!!! Mine's been gone for a while, I can do templates or a scraplift but nothing original has flowed from my body in a long time!!! I know it will come back eventually and Iit will be better then ever. I hope that's the case with yours too!!!
 
get your hands dirty w/ some hybrid LOL .... print off a CD album or a brag book (that is predone) and then get messy LOL
 
I'm trying to force it now, we'll see what happens. I've got some stuff down for my ADSR #7 LO at least. (23 designers is going to be harder than I thought, lol)

Well if it's going to be YOUR camera then you should go with what feels right to you! So if the Nikon feels better in your hands then that's what you should get. This is going to be a major purchase and you don't want buy the wrong camera for you and then regret it later on. If he's really set on getting the Canon then he needs save his $$ to buy his own LOL! Hope you can work it out soon! I bet once you have your new camera in your hand and you start taking pictures with it your mojo will come flooding back!!
 
Shawna I know, I've already presented that side of the arguement to him 3 times. The man doesn't even take friggen pictures, so I don't see why his opinion even matters at this point. I was nice and at least went and looked at both the canon and the nikon instead of just going straight for the nikon like I wanted to.

Aside from the house, this is the first really big purchase either of us has made in a while. So I'm trying to be fair, but it's really going to come down to what I want and he'll just have to get over it. It's just very very frustrating. I don't want to wait another month until the XSi hits stores cuz I want the camera NOW. I've been waiting like 2 years to get one, I just want to go get it.
 
Oh I know the waiting is SO hard, I had to wait almost two years to get mine too. Luckily my DH told me to buy whatever I wanted as long as it was in my allowed budget cause I would be the one using it not him. To this day he has never once used my XTi, he's afraid of breaking it and making me mad lol! He will use our old Canon S2IS but even that is pretty rare.
 
At first it was "are you going to buy a camera wtih your tax return?"
now it's "We should wait before we buy a camera."

I don't know where you turned into We, but I don't like it.
