Let's play a game!

I know lots of little tidbits about lots of people here at SSD, but I don't know any of the important stuff!

So I've made up a list of 10 questions and I'm throwing them out there for anyone that wants to play! (and then I am going to feed my DS snack so he'll stop bugging me!)

1. Where am I from? Brandon, Manitoba, Canada

2. How old am I? 29 and holding...:D

3. Married? How long? Married to Marco, coming up 8 years in June!

4. Kids? Pets? 3 kids - 2 girls (Sydney - 6yrs., Livia - 4.5 yrs.) and 1 boy, Ethan - 2yrs.
Pets - 2 dogs (chocolate lab, Fudge, adopted with our house and a Golden Retriever, Izzie, 9 months) and 4 "outdoor" cats (2 adopted with our house and we added 2 kittens).

5. Occupation? SAHM and in-home child care provider

6. Favorite Beverage? Starbucks coffee, diet Pepsi and Pina Coladas :p

7. Favorite TV shows? CSI, Law & Order, Grey's Anatomy, 24, Private Practice, Dexter...I feel like I'm forgetting some??

8. Favorite Snack? nachos and chocolate

9. Biggest Pet Peeve? Ignorant people - people that are just plain rude or dumb and don't even care!!

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? I sleep naked! :blink:

4. Kids/Pets? 1 Kidlet, Ce (4) and 1 cat Sunny.. and a bunch of fish, only two of wich are named (grumpy & cranky (or crabby.. I'll have to ask ce when he gets out of the shower I can't remember) lol.

6. Favorite Beverage? Water.. Tea.. dunno

7. Favorite TV show(s)? Mythbusters ( hehe :wub: tory) .. dirty jobs.. Without a trace (hey.. I like late night reuns LOL).. All those Law and order shows.. that sorta stuff.

8. Favorite Snack? uhm... I don't really have one lol

9. Biggest Pet Peeve? Lying.. and recently.. people who refuse to clean the lint filter in the dryer here @ my apartment building.

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? Lots of things :D :D :D I don't really know.. I never know how to answer this question.

3. Married? How long? yes, 10-1/2 years

4. Kids/Pets? 2 kiddos - Kylie (almost 8) and Hayden (3-1/2). No pets anymore - yeah (may they rest in peace).

5. Occupation? Medical Transcriptionist (working at home)

6. Favorite Beverage? DIET COKE!

7. Favorite TV show(s)? Oh my - anything reality: Big Brother, Survivor, Paradise Hotel - LOST, Grey's, Dexter...the list goes on and on.

8. Favorite Snack? Chocolate covered pretzels - love that sweet and salty.

9. Biggest Pet Peeve? repetitive noise

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? I tweeze my gray hairs - gotta get 'em out of there!

But seriously, I was totally going to post something like this recently, lol.

Ok here goes. I'm Col :)
1. Where are you from? Originally from Highland Mills, NY a small town about 45 miles North of NYC, right next to the West Point Military Academy. Currently residing in Abingdon, MD (about 20 minutes North of Baltimore).

2. How old are you? 25. I can rent a car without paying 5x the price now! WOOT!

3. Married? How long? Engaged as of August '07, wedding set for 10/11/09 :D

4. Kids/Pets? No kiddies, we're holding off on that for a while. But I do have 1 dog, who is the subject of the majority of my scrapping. Her name is Tiger and she is a pit bull mix and the most lovable thing you'll ever find. (Click the gallery button up there to see her :))

5. Occupation? Civil Engineer. I Speifically work in the transportation section and do bridge design work. (As well as noise/sound walls, retaining walls)

6. Favorite Beverage? That's a tough one, but I drink ice tea all year round

7. Favorite TV show(s)? Brother's and Sisters, Grey's, The Closer, House, Bones, I could go on but I'll stop.

8. Favorite Snack? Cheez-it's!!

9. Biggest Pet Peeve? Ummmm.....there's kind of a lot, lol. I'd say the biggest, is bad drivers/drivers who are jerks

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? I graduated from Penn State in '05 with a BS, and that makes me giggle (Bachelors of Science).

1. Where are you from? Originally from Long Island, NY (East Meadow) but now I live in Orlando, FL.

2. How old are you? 24 - I'll be 25 in April.

3. Married? How long? Nope - but I've been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years and we're soon-to-be engaged.

4. Kids/Pets? No kids, doggy daughter named Padme - she's a lab/retriever mix and she's ADORABLE!

5. Occupation? Blah = Project Designer/Landscape Architect for a development company. Not blah = I do digital designing for Oscraps and I also do some cake decorating too!

6. Favorite Beverage? Unsweeted iced tea with 3 lemons and 2 Sweet-n-Lows!

7. Favorite TV show(s)? Hmmm...I love TV! I love Ellen and like Jenny, I really love Jon & Kate Plus 8!

9. Biggest Pet Peeve? OMG I have SO many! If I had to pick one it'd be KNOW IT ALLS!

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? Hmmm...lots. One is that I do all the handy-work in the house including hanging pictures, shelves, painting, spackling, etc. b/c my boyfriend doesn't have a clue!

1. Where are you from? I lived in San Francisco until I was 6 and then moved to Hawai'i(the Big Island)where I lived up until December '04.

2. How old are you? 27 but most people think I look about 21.:thumbup:

3. Married? How long? Steve and I will have been married 4 years this coming May.

4. Kids/Pets? 2 kids. Hayden just turned 4 in January and Sierra will be 3 in June. Oh, and we have an aquarium full of fish but I couldn't tell you all of their names.

5. Occupation? When I'm not playing Barbies, Play-Doh and Mega Bloks I'm a barista at a *very* busy Starbucks located on the University of Oregon campus.

Paula I sucked my thumb until I was about 13 or 14. The only reason I stopped was because I had a palettal expander put in my mouth to prepare for braces, and I couldn't fit my thumb in my mouth anymore, lol.

My kids will NOT be thumb suckers. I'm praying they will want binkies and not thumbs.

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? well, some people know it, but not many in digi-land ... I have two tattoos, one for each of my older two children (have to get two more for the wee ones still) AND I have my tongue pierced (and yeah, I want more piercings, but hubby doesn't like them much).

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? I hate house cleaning. For the past 4 years I have been trying to figure out what exactly a "Diva Housewife" is. :)

3. Married? How long? it's been almost 15 years!

4. Kids/Pets? Three kids and one more on the way: dd-13, ds-4, dd-2, ds-due April

9. Biggest Pet Peeve? seeing pacifiers being rinsed off by the parents putting them in their own mouths

10. What is one thing that not many people know about you? I suffered from secondary infertility for almost 10 years.
