My husband bought me flowers from them for Mother's Day/our anniversary. The flowers died in three days and they were not what was advertised on the site. He actually paid for the biggest arrangement something like 75 dollars...I dont know the exact amount. They were supposed to be Gerbera daisies and some other flowers. What we got were about 1/2 dozen daisies and a bunch of filler crap (ferns and some blooms which were closed and never opened). We have contacted them three times and they finally wrote back and said they issued a 35% refund which we never got. I checked my account.

I know obviously its not going to look exactly like the website but it looked horrible. There were supposed to be little butterflies through the bouquet there were none. There was no card and it showed alot more daisies then I got in my bouquet as well.

I sent a reveiw of the flowers to the website and got a message saying after it was reviewed for appropriateness it would be posted. My review never got posted. I have checked and the site has zero reviews below 4 stars I could find. I find that hard to believe. There are plenty of complaints to be found about the site online just not on their actual website. (which we never found out about until after we ordered from them:() I am even more upset now then the day they were delivered. I felt horrible then because my husband NEVER buys me flowers and after this experience he probably never will again.

Here is what the bouquet was supposed to look like:

I never did take a picture of the bouquet they delivered though. I wish I had now.

they said they issued a 35% refund...they never sent it though. They told my husband they would send out a new bouquet but he refused because we had checked online at that point and that is what they told everyone but nobody gets the replacement bouquet.

It makes me angry though that you submit an honest review of the service/products without being vulgar or using inappropriate language and they wont post it because they want people to believe they are this incredible company which has a great guarantee.

Can you ring them? A friend of mine in US experienced similar thing during the mother's day... What he bought for his wife wasn't like the description given on the website at all (I'm not sure whether it's teleflora or not), after arguing with them, he got all the money back, basically he got the bouquet for free.

my husband called them and they offered a discount on another bouquet and to remake the bouquet but he told them he wanted a refund because we had already seen sooo many complaints about the company online. We filed a complaint with our bank who told us they cannot get involved with the complaint that we have to resolve it ourselves even though we paid with the bank issued mastercard. So much for protection on what you purchase I guess. One thing I miss about Bank Of America is they did protect all purchases we ever made but we recently switched banks.

its a bank card not a credit card...like a debit with mastercard logo on it so it can be used where mastercard is accepted. I kinda wish he had paid with paypal instead because they seem to be easier to place a complaint with. I had to do it with an ebay purchase and the seller refused to refund anything until I filed the complaint with paypal. My husband said he is going to call and speak to a supervisor and he is saving the email saying they refunded 35% because clearly they did not after I went through our statements online all the way back to about 2 days before mothers day!! If they still refused to refund we will take the emails to the bank to show we have tried to deal with it and the company is not only refusing to deal with us but lying as well.

Call and talk directly with Mastercard, they should stand behind their card purchases. That's why most say to use a credit card because you can dispute charges. Don't go through your bank. Good luck.

I also told my husband to go to the florist directly next time. I think he would have gotten a nicer arrangement for less money. I really wish I had a picture because I swear about half or more of it was ferns/fillers.

oh thats ok. My husband and I do not use credit if we can help it. We dont have credit cards and try to pay cash (or you know use a check card LOL) for everything. Sometimes that doesnt always work out so well though.

Sorry didn't understand it was the debt type card. We have one with our bank too plus a credit card and use credit for big purchase items. Hope you get some answers soon!
