Compensating for too much work

As a result of being without the possibility to scrap (computer problems), while having far too many possibilities to work in the past month, I chose a spectacular form of compensation today...

After thinking about it for ages, I ordered:

a) Xyron A4 Creative Station with 3 different types of refills (permanent adhesive, repositionable adhesive and laminate/magnet);

b) Making Memories Slice Cutter with one additional card (Basic Shapes 2).

This will cut into my budget in a noticeable way (everything's pretty much more expensive in Europe and these gadgets are no exception), but I'm sure it's worth it.

I can't wait to use them lovely toys!

And I think this means I'm definitely very much into hybrid.

What a nice treat for yourself! I hope you enjoy them both. Can you tell me where you ordered the Xyron? I need replacement cartridges badly and cannot find them here.

I bought them at Xyron-Shop.de.

I think they can also be obtained from amazon.de a ebay.de, possibly at a better price.

Still, it's cool one doesn't have to order from the US.

Yes indeed. Huge orders are well worth ordering from overseas! This phenomenon never fails to fascinate me.

Oh, I plan to have loads of fun! I've never wanted to do hybrid (haha, in order not to buy new gadgets), but since I love creating things with my hands, it was inevitable. It's cool to be able to connect Photoshop addiction with crafts!
