I admire you Hybrid Ladies...

I want to tell all you ladies who do hybrid projects that I totally admire you…I attempted to do a Maya Road accordion album this weekend and I printed and printed and cut and cut and eventually I gave up and bought some kind of pocket holders (I don’t even know if that’s what it’s called) and slid my pictures in there and had my mom put a bind it thingie on it and I called it hybrid. I really don’t know how you ladies do it because I was so frustrated that I wanted to give up…but the pursuit of 40% would not let me give up so I took the easy route.

...try making a card - they are much easier, promise. Or maybe a DIY Printable from Heather! ;)

Give it another go Rachelle, 'cos you chose quite a big project as your first hybrid.

Dare you!!!

Those MR accordian albums are tricky, because they don't acome apart. So you have to fight the rings, which is NOT fun. I have 1 or 2 sitting in my chipboard box, taunting me. I just haven't had the time to deal with them yet, lol.

Yes, try something else! That project is a big one, try making some cards instead. Or a hybrid layout. Lots of options :)

Lol...Don't bait me with the dares :) I think I'm going to give Heather's DIY Printables a try...I just had this vision of what I wanted to do with my accordian album and it didn't work...

I was tempted to cut hose rings off

Yeah, I have done the accordian albums and they are much tougher. Last time I did one like Andrea did, where she just attached papers and pictures rather than doing a total digital LO and putting it on. That was a fun change. It looks great, too.
