PSE is freaking out on me again- help!

It's STILL NOT WORKING! :( To say it's been a tough and crazy busy month would be quite the understatement... but I'll just ask you about my most recent source of stress!

I'm VERY far behind scrapping- sadly just one layout this month- anyway, I scrapped a layout and was finally feeling the mojo coming back to me when it froze and shut down. Lost the whole thing. :cursing: Well I figured it was a fluke, scrapped it all over again and thankfully this time I saved it a few times along the way, but it happened again! :cursing::cursing:

Now I restarted my computer and everything, but everytime I go to type my journaling after the first line, it freezes and shuts down- not several times. Any ideas??? I SO BADLY need to to scrap- for myself AND for the fabulous gals I create for-- I can't have this happen right now!

Any ideas? TIA!

Sounds like maybe there is a problem with the font? Does it happen with more than one font, or just one?
 
Are you using some Pea Fonts? I think I read over on DST someone having a similar problem and it was linked to some Pea Fonts.
 
It's one I've used before... but can you believe I didn't try a different one? Going to try again...

Blasphemy! LOL! No it's a tried and true Darcy font- I never have problems with Darcy fonts... hmmm...

Ok... so it's ok so far with another font. Fingers crossed it stays that way! The one that keeps quitting on me has the font name and where it says "regular" it looks like this "Regular*" Weird... maybe I corrupted it.

Well a different Darcy font it is then!

Oh believe me, I was upset because I had problems too in my PSE and I was heartbroken. I live for Darcy fonts and if not Darcy then Pea Fonts. I haven't had any problems with the PS though. I hope you figure it out!
