Sarah, for some reason, I didn't get the DL links the first time I clicked the confirmation link in the e-mail either. It sent me the "You are now subscribed" e-mail but no links. Tonight, I went back to the original "Please click the link below to confirm your subscription" e-mail, and it worked! Maybe try it again and see if it works the second time like it did for me. Good luck!

That's really strange Sara! Sorry! There are still about 10 or so users who are showing as "unconfirmed" - I can go in and change it manually, but I was reluctant to just in case they'd changed their mind about subscribing...

When you entered your email address, you should have received a "Request for confirmation" email with another link in it that you need to click to confirm. Once you clicked that, you should have automatically received another email with "Confirmation & Your Free Kit" as the subject line which contained the links to download.

If you didn't get this last email, you can either:

(a) if you have a Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail account, just check your spam folder - I know my Yahoo account will sometimes let things through (like the SSD Newsletter), but this week it caught it as spam.

(b) Somebody else had this problem this morning, and they just clicked the link contained in the "Request for confirmation" email again and they got the email sent to them. Each time you hit that link, you should receive an email with the links in it.

If neither of those work for you, reply in this thread and I'll try manually changing your status and forwarding you the email myself. PHP List is completely new to me so I'm not 100% sure what's happening - it might have been an overload on the server at the time you subscribed and some things went missing or something??

Sarah - I just checked and I don't know your email address, but I can't see anything that looks like it would be you... I just tried searching "sarah" to see if it brought anything up, but I can't find you. I just tried unconfirming and then confirming my own account to see what would happen and it doesn't automatically send the email. I'm baffled.

If anyone else is having this problem - can you please PM me your email addy and I'll check the system that you're on there, and send the links manually if necessary
