Lol

so what are you an expert on? Or what do you THINK you are an expert on?

Anything totally RANDOM and USELESS!!! This is what an Anthropology degree gets you!!!!!! But not a job! (Although I KILL at Trivial Pursuit and Jeopardy)

Ahh you are one of those! You drive me crazy because im one of those who cant remember where she put her trivial pursuit

Hehehe

LOL!

I'm going to say anything eye-care related. I have been out of the field for almost 5 years now so maybe I shouldn't answer questions anymore......:blink:

lmao..so ditto! Though my degree is Political Science & Sociology.

How to get dirt, manure, grass stains and jello out of clothes. And that was one pair of jeans.

ETA: I can also tell ya anything you want to know about the Attwater's Prairie Chicken or most wildlife you can find in Texas. But I have a fond affection for the Prairie Chicken.

hmmmm......let's see.....probably the most knowledgable about quilting.

But, I know I am no expert. Like anything I guess there is so much I still too don't know. But, don't tell my DH that. I have him thinking I know it all about everything. I mean, Momma is always right. Right?:p

trivia, word puzzles of all kinds, cars. Well kinda cars...after 19 years of living with my husband and helping him fix our cars probably a hundred times or more I guess I should know a little bit about cars. Math used to be something I was really good at but its been so long since I was in school I have a hard time remembering how to even do algebra much less anything more complex.

This so me as well. I retain alot of what I read. Let see TV shows such as West Wing, Star Trek: Next Generation, and Dukes of Hazzard. I'd like to think my chosen field: Criminal Defense but my coworkers know much more than I do. Somewhat on fashion and color mixing and matching, my mom was an art teacher, color is in my blood.

figure skating and synchronized skating - I don't know everything though - but definitely pretty knowledgeable. :)

Hmmm... grammar and spelling, blended families, 'Saved By the Bell.' REALLY IMPORTANT THINGS.

Insurance, fashion & photoshop threads always get my attention. I've worked in the insurance industry for 12 years {nine years in management} and am an expert in property damage (as defined by my previous employer, not myself, lol) :)

managing people... creating step by step instructions (did it for 10 years)... being an only child...

as for usless information... one of my best girl friends can tell you every Oscar winner and who was the designer of the dress they wore, going back into the 1980's.

LOL, that sounds like me! People quit playing Super Quiz and Trivial Pursuit with me :(
But I don't have an anthropology degree...it was one of my minors though. LOL

Hmmm... I'm an expert on procrastination, thus I am also an expert on working under pressure... LOL! Also naps, I am great at those too!

also utterly useless stuff, I am more of a "30 seconds" girl than trivial persuit though. Also I have a nack of disecting fantasy literature to uncover all the underlying themes. Weird hey

I'm with LeeAndra - grammar and spelling are high up there on my list. And since I have an English degree, I suppose they'd better be. :)

Oh, and breastfeeding. After nursing three babies and reading everything about it that I could get my hands on, I'd consider myself an expert on it. :)

Ahhhh yes....that is one subject I receive rave reviews for. We should have nap off contest! LOL

Every winner is a winner.

A friend of mine calls me her own personal Google, especially for anything medical. I have absolutely no medical background beyond being a patient, but if she has a question, I'm the first person she calls.

My head is a library of song lyrics. I also like to think I'm pretty knowledgable on how to deal with stress/stay strong through sticky situations. That counts right? :)

Surely we have some chefs among us! I need one to put on speed dial when I can't figure out how to brown the chicken...

I am an expert on Arrested Development, you know, the best show ever in the history of TV. And I know a lot about culture shock and drawing huge crowds on account of my white skin. And there is NO ONE who knows as much about my kids as I do. ; )

I would say I am pretty good at knowing about Pizza Hut in New Zealand & probably Australia too since a lot of our promos come from there to start with since I have worked for them for 5 and 1/4 years now.

This is fun! I know who i need to go to for advice :p

like i said for me its absoluetly anything you need to know hair!

I'm not an expert but I'm pretty close at useful-useless knowledge...and yes I mean knowledge that is useful but useless at the same time because it's totally random things I know. That totally contradicts itself but it's true. I know a ton of random knowledge.

I'm like a human jukebox too...I know a ton of different music, the artist, lyrics. Everything from Ozzy Osbourne & Rob Zombie to Glenn Miller Band & Frank Sinatra (my love). My boyfriend is the same way. I can read music sheets like a book too.

I'm also an expert at not lying. I am terrible at lying. So I'd say I'm an expert at being honest.

Oh and of course my favorite expertise...getting away with murder. I went to school for criminal justice/investigation...and I watch tons of shows on it, some reality, some not. And I read a ton of stuff online too. Of course committing the perfect murder is impossible with today's technology but I'm pretty sure if I had to I could get away with murder.
(Well now I couldn't because now everyone knows it could be me if someone came up dead. CRAP)

transportation and distribution management...

Looking to set up a warehouse?! Let me help you figure out where! Ha ha!:p

James Taylor and musical theater - don't get me started. And, I was an editor for 10 years, so I guess I'm a bit of a grammarian too.
