Anyone else not started the challenges yet?

Has anyone else not started the challenges yet?

I have my spot and everything, but I haven't started yet! Partly because I've been sucked into a couple books and haven't had as much time, and partly because I'm still getting my mojo back after the holidays. And challenges should help that! I know I just need to start, and then I'll be fine, so why can't I just do it?

I'm not the only one, am i?

No you are not the only one not started. My simple reason is I have been working 6 of the last 7 days.
 
Nope, you're not! I'm too busy getting back to real life after holiday break! LOL
 
I started and got sucked in to them:p I should probably take care of my kids and my house:p
 
I scrapped SO many pages for Traci's cookie challenge I need to rest before I start back up. One thing I am missing from the line up is the cookie decorating challenge.
 
I haven't started yet either! I'm kind of overwhelmed by the list and just don't know where to start. :blink: I printed the pdf and am hoping to go through today and narrow down the choices some so I can figure it out.
 
I have started, and can't believe I am typing that! They really are helping get into the habit of scrapping again.
 
You are not alone I haven't started yet too - from some reason I can not scrap this week, my photoshop is open all day long but nothing coming out!! :unsure:
 
Your not alone...I haven't started either. The grandbabies have been super demanding during the day lately and I'm just plain tuckered out by evening. Not to mention that I scrapped my hiney off before Christmas making calendar pages as gifts....feeling slightly burned out.

This was me so I started with an easy one, #30, what easier then "scraplifting" yourself!! It was the jump started I needed!!! :thumbup:
 
I haven't started yet either but a leaky radiator in the spare room where all our books are/were stored is the reason...so they'll just have to wait until next week.
 
well...I'm flailing a bit. I started a layout that was for a challenge and I'm having trouble finishing it. I got some badge covers to make the hybrid album though so I'll probably do that this weekend. I am a bit wiped this week from the adjustment of my dh going back to work, taking care of the girls by myself, and starting homeschool again.
 
I started but life has pulled me away for the past few days. That is the nice thing about the challenges is that I have the whole month to get things done!
 
I only have done one - too busy with my inlaws (who have left a couple of hours ago to go back to Germany), creating a logo and doodles for a very nice customer and redesigning my site (still in planning stage). But I want to get back into the habit of doing the challenges at least here at SSD, so at some point I might have to push myself.
 
I got 10 points...then did the pages for the hybrid (another 10)...but my ink is out and I can't afford any more yet. And then to top it off, Rachel broke her wrist over the weekend, and I haven't gotten much done since.
But I'm determined to get those points soon!
 
I've started but I haven't posted anything yet! lol Does that count? I've been starting pages and then jumping on to the next thing before finishing! One of these days I'm going to have a huge post-fest!
 
I'm back to work and the first week back to school is ALWAYS insane... but my IEPs have to be updated this week (and when you have 36 kids that takes some time!) Anyway, in the evenings I've been trying to finish my 2009 Project (got 2 months left to scrap)... so between those two things and trying to keep my husband from throwing my lappy out the window- no challenges yet! :(

I love the new format though and hope to start soon!

I've only done one. I have my list all printed out with ideas written down for the ones I want to do, just haven't gotten around to doing them yet, lol.
 
I haven't started either and I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one. I love that it was all posted on one day for the whole month - I do have the PDF printed out with some notes on it - and it's in my LYM book which I haven't started either - I'm really having a hard time getting into the swing of the new year. I was hoping to work on it today but my boys are home from school today. Crazy! There are record-breaking temperatures (wind chill) today in Dallas, the roads are dry, but I guess there was a little rain in the night so my ISD got scared? Maybe tomorrow :thumbup:
 
I knew I wouldn't really have time this month so I didn't even start. I'd love to do it though...I love doing challenges and it does get me scrapping things I might not think of otherwise. Hopefully next month I'll be on top of it!
 
I've managed a couple - but it really, really helped having the list from the start. I always forgot to check the challenges last year, and all of a sudden it would be the end of the month and I'd done nothing!

I'm hoping to join in a lot more this year - especially as its ok to go hybrid if you like, 'cos I'm just that sort of person :blink:
 
y parents have been in town, so I havent scrapped at all, just been busy mmaking memories. :)

Im thinking I might could do enough to earn a discount...if we could have till the end of March to finish this months, lol.

I have at least printed it out, gone through and made a list of the challenges I want to do and started brainstorming. That should so way count for something, right?
