If you work in Burbank, CA... where is a good place to live?

So my dad took a job a couple months ago in Burbank and my parents are trying to find an apt out there. Not in Burbank... But maybe within 30 minutes or so? Does anyone live out there or know of good areas out there??

My BIL and SIL live in Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills and it seems like a nice area. I don't know how long it takes to get to Burbank from there though considering California traffic.

i think this would be a really far drive - i used to live in long beach, which was north of YL/anaheim hills and it was at least an hour to burbank for me ... i'm not too familiar with the towns near burbank, but i know glendale and pasadena are nice ... not sure of the commute, but glendale is about 5 miles from burbank per the map i just googled

I lived in La Crescenta way back, and my grandparents live there now. La Crescenta, La Canada, Tujunga, Glendale, are all close to Burbank. Good luck hunting.

My aunt lives in Ventura..gorgeous, right on the beach and her husband works in Burbank
