New Computer, Non-Functional Internet??

I got a new laptop for Christmas and hooked it up to our wireless. Internet seems fine on the desktop and on my "older" laptop, but isn't working well at all on the newer laptop. I could have a nap while waiting for a page to load.

I've tried disconnecting the "older" laptop, to try and get a faster speed on the newer one, but even that didn't work.

What gives? Any ideas?? :thumbdown:

Be sure the wireless switch is all the way on... it'll work but slow if its not clicked all the way over

I looked for a wireless switch when I first opened it, but couldn't find one.
Both laptops are Dell's - the older one has a switch on the side, but this newer one doesn't appear to (it's a 17" Studio).
