I tried IE and Firefox and tried downloading directly from the site and neither worked. I just got a blank page when it finished downloading. After I tried to click on the arrow it shut down. This happened numerous times

eeks.. sorry hon! What pdf reader are you using??

I updated the reader and that seemed to do the trick. I was using Adobe 7 and I think it updated to like 9.something? Had to be some sort of conflict there I guess.
