My 2 week old baby seems to the hiccups really bad. Any pointers? They generally come 30 mins - 1 hours after eating (I nurse him). They don't last that long, but they are strong enough to wake him.

lol isn't it so cute though. hehehe their really isn't much you can do for the hiccups when it comes to babies. Just keep patting his/her back sometimes its a burp that needs to work its way out. Sometimes its just the hiccups and they will pass. Sorry its waking your baby up.

my little man (almost 6 weeks old) gets them too sometimes and all I do is pop him back on the boobie...that makes them go away lickity split!!! :D

Yeah, my daughter used to get them all the time and eating was the only thing that stopped them... it actually stopped them instantly once she started eating. Luckily she only gets them now when she laughs too hard! lol!

Oh gosh I remember that!! Mine used to get them all the time when I was pregnant with them too. That was fun. I could feel the hiccups when they were inside me LOL. When they were out I dont think it was quite as bad because I could interrupt them by feeding them

Mine were also mad hiccup-ers. Madelyn still gets them at least once a day and she's almost 19 months! LOL Hopefully they'll subside soon!

yeah he got them the worst of my 3 in the womb...it "gripe water" an option....I can't remember what that's for.

I used Mylicon drops for my son to try and help with fussiness. Didn't do anything for his fussiness, but it really helped with his hiccups.
