Who had that weight loss kit?

I'm looking for one I know I saw not too long ago (hoping it's wasn't a GGG item). But searching for "diet" and "fitness" isn't getting me any matches. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Taking those pics for the Skinny Jeans experiment was VERY motivating! TIA!
