I am looking to buy a few pairs of new jeans. I have lost quite a bit of weight and am down to a size I don't have in my closet (I have bigger and smaller sizes, but none that fit just right). I would like to know YOUR favorite jean brand... you know the ones that fit you fabulously and look just as good. Please help me!

Hugs,
Eva

I like Old Navy but some styles have a tendancy to stretch out over time, so I end up having to hike them up constantly (wish it were because I've lost weigght). I'm liking Kohl's jeans lately

my favs are silvers and bke from the buckle.

Ann Taylor Loft is my new favorite. Curvy Bootcut, med rise jeans are my friend.

Seriously skinny jeans with no hips make me want to scream!

I love my old navy sweetheart jeans. my husband comments every time I wear them about how...well, lets just say he likes them. ; )

Believe it or not- the 2 best pairs of jeans I've ever had were from Walmart! lol! They're so much more comfy that my other jeans and they aren't wicked long either! (I always have a hard time finding the right fit that isn't so long they drag on the ground!)

I LOVE the Sweetheart Jeans from Old Navy too! The fit sooo good IMO

I also like American Eagle jeans :)

Gap jeans fit me best, hands down. They are more expensive, but they last forever anyway!

I also like Silver.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Yay!

My favorite jeans are by Lucky (at Buckle). They are ridiculously expensive, but they last forever! I have pairs that are over 5 years old and I still love them as much as the day I bought them!

Old Navy sweetheart jeans are the best! I love mine :)
I'm a big fan of American Eagle as well.
When I worked at a Gap outlet I probably owned 654345 pairs of their Long and Lean jeans (of which I am neither). Now that I'm losing weight too, I might give them another shot. I always felt good in those jeans.

my favorite jeans are my express jeans.. after that would just be regular ole jeans at target, but they fall apart really quickly imo.

I second this on the ON jeans.

My fave jeans ever are a pair I bought at New York & Company three years ago.... they were in their platinum line and have a midise.... and a really sexy shape but are still comfy!

My favs used to be Levi's 529 (I think), but then they changed them and made them Slim-fit, so not so much anymore. I like Lee jeans and Miss Sixty. I have to have boot cut or flare, skinny jeans scare me.

I love some of Elle Jeans at Kohl's. I picked some flare ones up on clearance and LOVE them!! I have 3 pair all just slightly different!!

I also love Express Jeans...they are plenty long for me and love how they fit...that's where I bought all my clothes before the two little ones came along!!

If you put your jeans in the dryer on super hot and super long it usually shrinks them back. That's what I do with mine, I think they fit much better then.

I also love the 2 pairs I got at the Nautica Outlet a few weeks ago. They fit really well and are good quality.

I usually have to buy my jeans really tight, becuause they almost always stretch out on me, and I hate to have to wear a belt or have them look sloppy.

I have a curvy figure and like a low to mid rise jean. Nothing above my belly button. I tend to find that Levi's fits me the best. I have the defined waist ones (so the butt AND the waist fits). I have some of the 542's and I love them. They have the flap pockets on the back.

If I fit into Lucky jeans....I'm pretty sure I'd own a pair of them! My boys have them and love love love them.

Another few brands that fit my shape well are Dickie's stretch denim jeans. I got an awesome pair....I didn't even know that Dickie's made denim. Also, I have a pair of seven 7 jeans that I love. I had about 8 old pair of the Seven 7's, and I got rid of most of them. They still were all in perfect shape, but I was little over having all the bling on my butt. I don't think they ever wear out!

A few years back I worked at an affiliate of Lucky, so I had a discount there. Went to try on jeans, and I couldn't find anything that fit. I felt like the fattest chick alive (and I weighed a solid 30lbs less than I do now!!). That was the last time I went into that store, lol.

I've been getting all my jeans @ Aeropostale lately and really love them! I have three pairs I got last winter and wear them constantly and they have held up really well and they fit great too. And they are constantly having sales so I can always find them for great prices.

Congrats on the weight loss! My faves are the Jeanstar brand from Macy's. I don't know where in your weight loss you are, but if you've still got some losing to do they're great for bodies with curves.

I have like 6 pairs of Aeropostale (all different)...............they are the best and last 4-ever!!!

Those would be the 525 ones and yeah they changed them and ruined them!!! They used to be my favs, now I scowl everytime I see them. Um if you have a number system...pick a different number if you change the fit!!!

My favs are boyfriend jeans at American Eagle, but I love a LOW, and ULTRA LOW Rise... :)

As a plus-sized girl, my favorite jeans are from Lane Bryant. They're the only ones (Right Fit Blue) that actually fit my waist properly and still allow ample room for my behind and thighs. The trouser style dark denim is great for work.

I've actually got a pair from Gloria Vanderbilt at Kohl's that I like too. They're awfully high-waisted for someone my age, but they suck everything in. I just wear long tops with them.

Unfortunately we don't have an LB here.. so if there are other pear-shaped girls in the size 16/18 range that have a favorite jean, I'd love to hear about it.

bealieve it or not but my best fitting jeans are just from walmart. I bought them like three years ago. They fit great. Have not lost their shape at all. Have a little lycra in them so they are comfy. (I cant wear jeans that do not have a little stretch...they feel weird now) Anyhow I only paid like 15 dollars for these jeans and they are my favorites jeans ever.

Ohhh to tell you a little story about paying more for jeans...I bought an expensive pair of jeans (they were like 42.99 which is wayyyy expensive for me!!). I went to Target and bought a pair there for like 20-25 dollars a few weeks later. The Target brand jeans were Mossimo. I brought them home and got looking at the Mossimo jeans and you know wht? The jeans were identical except for the button and the tag on the back. I mean size, zipper, stitching, pockets EVERYTHING!!! My thought is they were made by the same company but then sold for more under the designer label. So IMO no need to buy more expensive jeans when you can get away with less money

I love American Eagle jeans too. I don't have super-skinny thighs and their "Favorite Boyfriend" jeans fit me in the bum and thighs without falling off my waist.

Another vote for Old Navy's sweetheart jeans. Love 'em! :) If you're buying more than one pair just make sure you try them all on. Even if they say they're the same size/style just a different color that doesn't always mean they fit the same or are the same length at ON.

I also really like the Levi's jeans that Wal-Mart carries. They carry talls for those of us who need the extra length and they've got a little bit of stretch but not so much that they're constantly falling down.

My faves are Old Navy's Sweethearts too! I've only been wearing pants for about 2 years, so I haven't tried a ton of different ones yet. I've got some from Walmart that are good. But, the length doesn't fit me well. i'm 5'11" but I have a long body & shorter legs. So, the regulars are a little too long, but the short length is too short! lol. ON fits perfect! But, I do agree that they stretch out! I want to try some other brands too, so I'll definitely be trying some of these that y'all have mentioned! :)
