...the price has dropped!! it was $139,000-now its $109,900!
it has been empty for quite awhile and i'm hoping it stays that way til we can hopefully get it, lol. we are waiting to hear if DH is going to get his 100% permanent rating from the VA, so we know we will have financial stability; with the permanent rating it won't change ever. then we have to hope our credit is better so we can get a VA loan. i'm hoping within the year all this will fall into place. right now we own our home; its paid for cause we bought it as a repo very cheap. but its so tiny and still needs a lot of work that we just don't want to do anymore. we were never planning on staying in it forever. we just want something bigger and nicer. this one i like is in a subdivision right behind where we are now and its on the corner by itself, no traffic really other than the other people who live around there. i just love it! i keep telling myself to knock it off cause if someone buys it i'll be heartbroken but i just have my heart set on staying in this school district. Chloe's school is awesome. :thumbup:
