But dude check out what I canned today. LOL
And that's just what we're doing this weekend. Next weekend we're doing diced tomatoes/pasta sauce, more pickles (relish) and we're dehydrating fruit.
We have a local farmers market where we got 35 lbs of tomatoes for $18, a flat of strawberries for $4, that kind of stuff so we're really taking advantage of it this year and putting stuff up! I'm thinking of doing some meat as well cuz I'm Little House On The Prairie like that

7 Pints and 7 Quarts of Mild Salsa
7 Quarts of Spicy Salsa
2 Quarts of Whole Pickles (1 garlic)
2 Quarts of Dill Spears (1 Garlic)
4 Pints of pickle chips (2 Garlic, 1 Jalapeno)
10 Pints and 7 Quarts of Strawberry Freezer Jam (thanks Darcy for the idea!)
Yeah, we put it all up today. I'm tired now.
