Yeah, I got that email several months back. Turns out that it's always that cheap and they are not going to be selling through Nordstrom at all. That email has been going around for a long time and is totally not true. I ordered ELF makeup once and I thought it was pretty crappy. Ordered mineral makeup and it was awful, IMO.
 
Yeah, what Megan said. I first heard about it 2-3 years ago! I've never ordered any... but I am tempted to get some brushes. I'm not that picky, so it might be a good deal!

But, either way I spent $15 and I get a ton of make-up to play with.
 
Some of it's not too bad.... I have some brushes that have lasted me about a year and some lip glosses that aren't too bad. The eye makeup and mineral stuff is not great by any means.

The brushes I ordered from them shed like crazy! I wasn't impressed... but maybe not all of them are like that. I ADORE my Everyday Minerals brushes. They are so amazingly SOFT!! When I got them in the mail, I sat there and just rubbed them all over my face. DH thought I was crazy. :p
 
I think I remember seeing some "elf" makeup in one of our local dollar stores before- cuz I remember the strange name for a makeup brand...

If a deal sounds too good to be true, unfortunately it usually is...
