I need extracting help

I've bought 2 Zoe products, her new alpha and You Rock. I've downloaded them, but they won't unzip or extract at all.:blink: I'm in Vista. It keeps telling me that the file names already exist, but they don't. I bought several other products. La's new one, one of Dani's, etc, and they extracted/unzipped fine. Only the Zoe products are giving me trouble. I've e-mailed Robin, but in the meantime, has anyone had a similar problem?
 
I'm having the same problem w/her blog-in-a-box. So, I opened the zipped folder & moved the folder inside onto my desktop. (does that make sense? lol) That worked for me! Hope it will for you too!
 
i always have the same problem. it's just a bit of a compatibility problem since zoe uses a mac. i always just do what deb said. i double click on the .zip (to open it) and then drag the folders where i want them.
 
I think it's a mac thing... I believe she uses a mac. I can't remember how to work around it except to say download UnZipThemAll for free and that works.
 
I see you got it working but just wanted to say sometimes there is a small disconnect or hiccup in the downloading from the store to your computer and the files are not downloaded correctly or are corrupted and it will say the folder is empty. I had this happen alot more when I was on dialup then I do now on cable but it does still happen occasionally and I fix this by deleting the file from my download spot AND the recycling bin then re-download it. If it is a problem with the file because it was created on a Mac I use the Winrar or Unzipitall (cant remember which) and it usually works. Glad you were able to get it working though!!
 
It's weird becuase I've bought Zoe, KCB, and Scrap Kitchen products before, and I've never had this happen before. At least I know how to handle it on my new computer.:)
