Today's To-Do's

Been awhile since we had once of these threads, huh? :) But, gotta get my butt moving today...so let's go! :)

Here's my to-do's:

- Clean bathroom
- Clean hallway & front entrance
- Clean kitchen
- Sweep & swiffer house
- At least 3 loads of laundry
- Call accountant
- Call hospital
- Clean office
- Finish picking up living room
- Vacuum office & living room
- Take out garbage
- Package up books to take to PO on Friday
- Take meat out of freezer and figure out what's for dinner
- Cook dinner ;)
- Design something

Ahhh, good times. Some of this will get done tomorrow, lol...as long as it gets done before tomorrow night it's all good... :)

What's on YOUR to-do list today? :)

I'm leaving tomorrow at 7-ish for BC, so I've got a bit to do today, lol.

~ Laundry (load is already in the wash, ready to put in dryer)
~ unload / reload dishwasher
~ tidy kitchen
~ finish packing
~ bath the munchkin
~ strip & change crib sheet

Top on my list...
try not to lose it while listening to whiny temper tantrum throwing 3 year old

Other than that...
*finish laundry (only one load yay)
*buy milk and eggs
*scrap a page or 2 (MAYBE)
*start reading Jodi Picoult's new book

What can I say...my life is a whirlwind of excitement. Not. LOL
 
-- survive Hell Week at work (Lord, help us if they don't get the budget passed and we go to special session!)

-- figure out dinner (DiGiornio, maybe?! *lol*)
-- pp Sister's bridal shower pics & ul to FB
-- wait for Friend to send me wedding pics & ul to FB

I think that's it for today. Having the wedding done took a LOT off my short-term to do list. :)
 
I am not looking forward to this one.

*steam clean puke stain from boy's floor
*wash dirty blankets and clothes from Lance being sick all over them (done)
*wash all the other laundry that piled up (in progress)
*clean out all tubs, sinks and toilets because we had a pipe clog and nasty backup. Nasty. (halfway done- got the kitchen and boys done)

I don't want to make a to-do list. I don't, I don't, I won't ::stomps feet in mini tantrum:: LOL

I have so much crap to do it isn't funny. I've had this stupid cough for 3 weeks and it's making it impossible to get anything done. After a few minutes of cleaning I start coughing so hard and I can't stop. But I have to get some stuff done...I just don't want to.

Stuff I have to get done eventually:
  • finish laundry (I'm on the last load of my and hubby's clothes but I have a ton of towels and random stuff to wash)
  • fold the kids' clothes (there are like 2 weeks worth of clothes to be folded)
  • put the dishes away
  • clean up the kitchen
  • spray for ants in the kitchen (grrr...I hate ants)
  • straighten up the living/dining room
  • clean up my room (again...I swear the kids make just as much mess in my room as they do in their own)
 
I love putting this here bc I can come back and check off what I've done:

*Do laundry (sheets, kids clothes, hubby's work clothes)
*clean up Madelyn's room
*get lettuce and bread for dinner (BLT's)done
*go get stamps and mail bills done
*get a couple scrap pages done
*buy a sympathy card for a friend
I think that's it for today. We did a lot of cleaning and gardening yesterday so I'm clear of a lot of the "normal" Monday stuff
 
i have an easy list today.

relax until 5
drive 2 hours
visit my mom for her birthday
then drive another 2 home.
 
Lots to do for me today.

- Make beds
- Dishes
- Sort laundry
- Find designated spot in garage for outgrown clothes
- stove
- 2 loads laundry (DH's work clothes, and baby's clothes)
- Target stop: (donut holes, lunchbox Ice thingy and extra car seat base)
- Put away clean laundry - 2 loads
- Get bags ready for tomorrow (school, clothes, diaper bag)
- Birthday clothes ready for tomorrow (separate bag)
- confirm tomorrow's schedule for bday party
- make call for pizza order (bday party)
- wrap Jordan's birthday present
- Call preschool - birthday tomorrow

Sigh. that's all i can think of for now

I do this on my computer actually. I have a running to-do list that I add to everyday and check off what gets done that day. I dont have much to really do today though cause I got most of my houseqwork done yesterday. I almost always have dusting to do though. SO might try tto tackle that today LOL
 
Ok my list...and I already started it...

AAA - Pick up my Disney tickets!!!! = DONE
Hy-Vee - Buy 10 packages of pop tarts to get FREE Star Trek movie tickets = DONE
Walgreens - Buy batteries for the battery operated fans we'll be bringing = DONE
Lil Caesars - PU pizza because boys got started on school on time without my help = DONE
Research: Wild World of Sports, Downtown Disney, 2 water parks
Pick up free movie at Redbox = DONE
Start a box in room for items we don't want to forget to pack = DONE
Figure out car rental dates for Orlando (only renting 2 days)
Post about luggage identification ideas = DONE
Make dinner (bought the food today)
Record ticket numbers & travel info in my mini book
Purchase NASA tickets = Tried...they have to order them
Adjust the "size" of the template for the DISNEY folder and book to get ready for a new kit
Laundry
Take son to Guitar Lessons

I'm a little late posting but I still have a LOT left to do today.

- Finish up office work that I did at home over the weekend.
- Clean my desk
- 3 loads laundry
- Dinner
- Convince DS that the black bags will remove all toys left on the floor by the end of the night
- Sweep whole house
- Vacuum all carpet
- Mop floors
- Clean mirror in m. bath (again - did this yesterday and obviously didn't do a good job)
- Fold and put away ALL laundry
- Catch up on last week's DVR'd shows so they don't get deleted before I can watch them.

Once that is all done and the kids are in bed, relax in new spa all by my lonesome (DH is at work).
 
I'm going to:

and not much else. I'm sick and I've been sick for four days. I am supposed to work tonight but had to find someone to work for me, so I'm working for her tomorrow night. I've got to get well!

* work on compliance for website
* do one hour genealogy work
* call dentist and make an appointment for Hannah's xrays
* check on Bekah's shoe order
* burn DVDs
* buy more DVDs
* work on recipe cards
* refill prescriptions
