Ok I guess I am the sad person who has not found her style, or maybe I just don't want to commit to one! But for the life of me I just cannot start a page without some sort of inspiration be it either a template, a spin-a-lift, a favorite from a gallery or whatever. I am in awe of those of you who can just look at a blank screen open up papers and elements and just create a page. But that just isn't me I guess. I try and then I get frustrated because I have no direction and it just goes yuck on me and I give up.
But I consider myself to be a pretty good scraplifter (taking a design and adapting it to my kits and pictures, always giving credit and linking) and an avid gallery browser. I have my favorites in each gallery, but then I also have whole galleries linked in my bookmarks. I usually have the person's name as well as a description of their style (white space, multi-photos, realistic, whimsical, clustering) etc if they have one. I am drawn to all different styles so maybe that is why I haven't found mine! I like to dabble! I've been digiscrapping for over 4.5 years now so I don't think I am gonna change. But that doesn't mean I'm not happy with the LOs I complete because they are unique to me.
my3hens, CindyS and Kresta's are some of my favorites from here, but it really depends on my photos and my mood for the day. Like yesterday I wanted to play and create a whimsical LO just for fun using my own pictures, but the stuff here isn't really set up for that so I had to get that inspiration from other galleries, but its all good. I still am drawn to the more traditional too and actually some days a good clean line is all I need.
