I threw it all out.. EEK!

I am having THE hardest time controlling my snacking and my sweet tooth..
and the scale is showing it now... :o

So I just went in the kitchen and threw out..... :blink:

A package of oreos
6 Candy Bars..
A package of Wafer Cookies
A package of Graham Cracker Sticks (I eat a package in a sitting if not careful)
A jar of honey roasted peanuts...

I think thats alll....:thumbdown::(

I had to.... I just had to........ STUPID SELF CONTROL.. :glare:
 
YEAH FOR YOU!

Now, you need to stock up on the 100 calorie snacks. The cookies and twinkies are awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Those combined with some low calorie jello and yogurt will help curb your sweet tooth :thumbup:
 
eeek. self control is def not one of my strong points. avoid that delicious snack aisle next time you go shopping. :)
 
I need to do this so bad too. If its in the house, I'll pig out until its gone. And then I'll get DH to pick up more on his way home! Its like a disease!

I can find bad stuff in every area, except the produce, in which I STILLLLL manage to come out with Carmel dip.... LMAO!!

But I am reeeeeeeeeallllly trying this time... :thumbup:

Seriously, good for you. I am trying so hard, but bad stuff tastes so good!
 
Want something that is like a candy bar but is really good for you? Try a Muscle Milk Light Bar (Vanilla Toffee Crunch aka HEAVEN!!!) or go to Target and in their "diet" area they have these granola bars - Market Pantry Fudge Graham which have like 14 grams of protein in them! They are so yummy!!! Per the advice of my trainer, I usually eat one of each every day with a piece of fruit (apple, pear, asian pear). Eat 1 between breakfast and lunch and 1 between lunch and dinner.

Oh gosh I'd have thrown it out too lol! My DH just went to return some video rentals and I just called him to bring me something from Taco Bell on his way home :blink: So I obviously have no self control :D
 
I like the sugar free chocolate pudding with skim milk....it's really rich! I also like the vanilla pudding with banana slices in it.

dh likes the low fat graham crackers with fat free cool whip sandwiched and frozen...tastes kinda like an ice cream sandwich...and he is SUPER MAJOR picky!
 
I gave up candy for Lent and I think by the time it's over, I will have lost my desire for it - I already don't crave it as much. And it's actually cut down on my cravings for cookies, etc. Haven't seen any results on the scale yet though!
