Tatiana again..seriously????

I was SOOOOOO SAD for Ju'not...didn't even make it to the wildcard show??? WTH is up with that?
 
I don't get it...they don't need her for ratings...everyone in America already watches this show. I have a really hard time believing Simon agreed that she should come back.

I was pretty happy with the rest of the 8 they picked though but I agree that Ju'not should have been there instead of tatiana fruitcake.
 
100% agree with what you ladies before me have said. Mad they didn't pick Jun'ot, but then I don't think they picked anyone from last night except Von. Tatiana needs to be the first to go.
 
I said it before and I'll say it again. Tatiyana has an awesome voice, but I also agree that Ju'Not should have gotten it.
I really was expecting them to tell both Ju'Not and Jorge that they were both in.
I am soooo happy with this week's voters picks though.
 
I don't care if Tatiana has the best voice in the world, after the way she acted when she didn't make it the first time, she doesn't deserve to come back, IMO. I'm sad for Ju'not, too...IDK who I want to make it out of the 8---that's tough. I love me some Anoop, though!
 
Seriously just check out my facebook message. I'm boycotting American Idol (for now) I can not believe that Tatiana made it as a wild card. I actually screamed when they called her name!! LOL she better be the first to go if she somehow makes it through.
 
I am so torn. I am going to have to hear them again before I decide if I like them. I did like Ju'Not. I think he will do fine on his own.
 
First of all, I'm so glad they made the group number something Scott could do without looking ridiculous. And I don't know if it was song choice or what, but it was the best sounding group number from all three weeks (and I liked all the original songs...just not the other two group performances).

I'm good with the choices except for the drama queen. Not saying she can't sing...I just really can't handle her brand of drama. Nate, Nick (Nourmund), and Adam are all theatrical but not in a fingers-on-the-chalkboard kind of way.
 
i honestly only like 4 of the 9 so far and only like 4 of the wild cards. i can't see half of them making a decent album.

and i'm sorry but blind dude cannot sing. i'm over this season already. :glare:
 
If Tatiana makes it into the top 12, I think I'll quit watching. :thumbdown: I was excited to see Anoop in there though. And I'm with Lizzy, I don't get the hype over Scott - if his voice was on someone else, I don't think that they would have gotten through. His voice is nice but it's not good enough to be the American Idol.

Are you kidding me with Tatiana? I think they brought her back so we could all enjoy watching her get booted again.
 
Man, i'm not liking this season very much at all! There are only a handful that I guess I like. I can NOT believe they brought that psycho girl back on. I don't get the hype about Scott either. I dunno, I'm just not liking this season one bit.

i'm 8 billion percent serious. when he left the mellow low tones and tried to do stuff he went off key and his voice cracked EVERY single time. close your eyes and forget who's singing next time. it's bad. maybe he'll prove me wrong, but he's just very meh for me. like church solo singer.

i agree with you to a 't'. for reals. if tati-i-friggin-have-an-orgasm-when-i-talk-ana makes it through i will first shoot her in the head with my imaginary riffle. then i will throw up in my mouth followed by a call to my therapist.

and amen to scott. if he wasn't blind there is NO WAY he would be where he is.

and yes...anoop. sooo happy he's back.

Yes. The group thing was lipsynched, I said that to Tony when I was watching it, there were parts where they weren't even in time with the actual lyrics LOL.

I like Scott, not because he's blind, because he has kind of a mellow, rich...I can't explain it at all. Maybe I feel this way because I absolutely love the song he did this week, it's one of my 80s favs LOL
 
Oh, and Tatiana looked like the biggest idiot in the planet last night. I have seriously not hated a contestant in all of the American and Canadian Idol shows put together, more than I hate her. They didn't need her for ratings at ALL. :thumbdown:
 
You can all hate me but I love Tatiana Nicole Del Toro. LOL Her drama queen antics crack me up, there are a lot of annoying famous people, so she will fit right in, plus I do think she has a pretty good voice! I also agree with Fizz, I don't think that Scott guy sings as amazing as the judges are going on about. I thought he murdered the song he sang the other night! I think this may be the last year I watch this show, I just find it so boring, the dreary old songs, the people that sing the same songs year after year. Last year was good because they seemed to have more "rocker" types, this year it looks like we will again be forced to watch Mariah, Celine and Whitney songs be murdered week after week. Gosh..I must be grumpy today or somthing..LOL
 
Yeah it seems like this year may be more similar to like the year Fantasia won...I stopped watching about halfway through that year b/c none of them appealed to me.
 
hah Lizzy I did close my eyes..I do it all the time that's how I can hear the song w/out the person bugging me lol (i'm easily annoyed)

Maybe it's b/c I loved the song he sang..one of my faves! I thought he did well compared with the original.

I DO think Tatiana has a pretty decent voice..I just think there were others that deserved it more than she did with equally great vocals.

Agreed! Although I did almost-equally hate Sanjaya from last year!
 
I don't know. I like Scott. He's not my favorite but I think he really did a great job singing Mandolin Rain (which is one of my fave 80's songs, too).
I'm not big on Lil Rounds. I mean, did she really do anything out of the ordinary the other night? No.
I love her Mary J. Blige song but I don't think she delivered it was well as she could have - or as I was expecting her to. I'd rather have Ju'Not instead of Lil. I think the only reason why she got through was that she was the best girl that night.
Blah. I don't know. I miss David Cook. He made me HAVE to watch the show every week - you never knew what song he was going to sing and how he was going to twist it.
I'm not sure if I'll have someone to get me that excited this year. I do love Danny and Alexis though. Adam would be awesome if he'd stop screeching and sticking his tongue out on high notes.

She does have a decent voice...I will agree. But there were others that have way better voices than she does. She's absolutely crazy and wayy over dramatic though.
 
I spend most of my AI time listening rather than watching (I multi-task when I've got the TV on), so I didn't see the lip synch on the group number...maybe that's why it didn't completely suck. LOL

And maybe that's why I don't get Scott hype. And I will also 'fess up to the fact that Mandolin Rain is one of my least favorite top 40 songs of all times-- there was a little baby barf as soon as they announced the song choice. And I guess it's not too hard to outsing the original.

Ugh, I hope not, because I quit watching that season too. My thing with Tatiana is if she makes it into the top 12, the stupid Vote for the Worst people will latch onto her and we'll never be rid of her. I just don't think I can weeks and weeks of her drama. :thumbdown:

Yep dont watch it at all, I actually stopped after last week. Totally missed this whole past week. I just am so dissapointed. I think last season was much better. I don't dig the blind guy either. Total dissapointment.
 
oh yeah sister...i was JUST going to say ...BLAH. I'm not enthralled with any of it and miss David Cook so much!!! I'm behind on watching it by like 4 shows? There's just not that "HAVETOHAVETOHAVETO" watch vibe this year. David was just.......oh heck..he was just special :)

i agree krystal. while i sort of like the song scott did...not a great choice imo.

but the thing about Sanjaya was he wasn't personally irriating like Tatiana is! I don't know if I can watch if she's in the top 12!!! I think Scott is ok, but there's nothing "unique" about him like the judges always say other then he can't see but what does that have to do with singing.....the other one I am confused about the bigger guy picked first week......I guess everyone liked his family story, but I didn't think he was a very good singer....
 
I'm not please with the wild card choices. I think they should have given those 2 blond girls & Ju'Not another chance.

Really dislike Tataianna.

Not a huge Scott fan either. And I don't like the way they pussy foot around him. KWIM? And I had NO IDEA that song was titled Madolin Rain. HA!

I'm interested in just seeing how everyone does with a theme.
 
I haven't even watched it yet but I am with Lynette! I will not watch if Tatiana makes it. I can't stand her and I dont even think she can sign that great. I definitely prefer many others to her voice. I am steamed!
 
Definitely not a fan of this season! I do really like Danny, but honestly can't think of anyone else that really made me excited. I think Scott is way over hyped - his voice is just not that great. And while Tatiana may be a decent singer, she's not worth the drama. It feels like the producers are maniupulating the contestants this year for the drama factor.
