Is there anyway to rename songs on Itunes?

Like when a song comes up just Track 01. Some of my old CD's are that way and I want to use the songs, but I know I won't listen to them if I don't have the names on them.
 
yup, there is!

Right click on the song, and Get Info. Click the Info tab, and enter the information that you want!
 
You can also just single click on the song name & artist fields and it will let you edit that way too. It's easier that way I think!
