I know some of you out there are uber excited about this race.......come on, tell me who YOU think is gonna win or at least end up in the top 10 anyway!!! I am going to my brothers house to watch it on his HUGE screen tv with surround sound so good luck to all those in the Fantasy group, I hope I at least got 1 right!!!!

This race is SO unpredictable. Hendricks usually has strong cars, and of course, I'm pulling for Junior.

For anyone around the Atlanta Motor Speedway.... if you want a $95 ticket to the March 8th race.. after the race until tuesday, tickets are the same price as the winning car number for the 500. So... basically, Martin Truex Jr wins, the $95 tickets are $1 until Tuesday. edited... they are capping it at $50. So the tickets won't cost more than $50 no matter who wins.

Racing Roulette returns for 2009!
Monday, February 9, 2009

After tremendous response a year ago, Racing Roulette returns to Atlanta Motor Speedway in what could result in the lowest-ever ticket prices for the March 8 Kobalt Tools 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Fans will have the opportunity to purchase Kobalt Tools 500 tickets for the price of the winning car number of Sunday's Daytona 500. Regularly priced at $95, the first 1,000 tickets will be sold with a limit of two per customer at the winning car number starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 16.

While the 2008 Roulette promotion featured just 1,000 tickets, the 2009 Racing Roulette contest will be available to all fans wishing to buy tickets through 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17 or until all of the Speedway's $95 tickets are sold.

To ensure a great discount with the Racing Roulette promotion, should any car numbered greater than No. 50 win the Daytona 500, the promotional price of tickets will be $50.

Woot! I'm READY!!! I'm pulling for Jr all the way, but I'm just happy it's racing season again.

Hope my fantasy group isn't TOO bad. I always stink at these. LOL!

It is the first time for me doing this so I really have NO CLUE what I am doing...as time goes on I hope to figure it out. The one thing I can tell you is that I will NEVER pick Jimmy or Tony no matter what!!!!!!!! I am rooting for Jr. though, even though he does not drive a FORD!!!!!

I'm rooting for Jr., of course.
Dh helped me pick my fantasy team this week so I'm keeping my fingers crossed on those too!

Never say never. You can only use each driver 9 times, so at some point, you may have to pick them. :D

Well, I'm a huge Jimmy Johnson fan! So, that's who I'm rooting for! I live like 20 minutes from the Atlanta Motor Speedway! But, we won't miss church for something like that. We're thinking about the race there in September b/c it's a night race & doesn't start until church is over!

I've got Gordon to win in my fantasy team. Now we all pretty much know who I'd LIKE to win, lol. Go Burton, go 31!

How cool is that, I'd be more than happy to spend a day at the races on my bday!

I am routing for Little E but my gut is Tony Stewart or Jimmy Johnson

Before the race started my vote was for Kyle Busch and during I was rooting for Jamie McMurray (my 8yo daughter's favorite driver). Then Vickers and Junior got into it and pretty much all of our favorite drivers were taken out. So boo! Junior.

Hey that's just daddy coming out in him. I don't necessarily think what he did was "fair" but I enjoyed it nonetheless and I think he should race like that...no holds barred, more often.

His interview after was good, too.

Hey...I'm all about ANYONE who takes out a Busch :D

I picked Mark to win...but just goes to show you what I know LOL! I'm super happy for Kenseth (I love those Roush boys!), but I really do wish it would have gone back to racing...just because.

I admittedly did NOT think the outcome would be as it was but none the less I am the happiest girl around right now....I was sporting my #17 hat during the race. I know a lot of people think he won by default but I am sorry, he worked his way up to the front and won fare & square!!! Had the race continued would he have won???????? I don't care anyway, I will relish in my happiness along with all the other cheese heads that I know are HAPPY!!!!!

That is all...thank you for letting me spread my joy!!!!!
