How happy were you that Vikki lost by a pound? K, that's super evil, but after the pain and heartache she put so many other contestants through, I didn't think she deserved the money.

I was kinda bummed Heba won the 'at home' money though. Really wanted Amy or Phil to win that. Were you surprised they put her up there and not Ed? They looked devestated and like Debby Downers through the entire show!

Anyway...woot!!! Michelle one. Jill's last black team member standing!!

Super fun! Now I'm inspired to get back into some healthy living. :thumbup:
 
So thanks to Time Warner being suckweeds most of the season and not carrying NBC I only saw it spottily (it also wasn't avail. online)

Help me understand:

why did America choose him over her? Were they not well liked? Did they do it just to be spiteful?

Doesn't it seem like they every season look for young overweight girls who are very pretty and just very heavy...that way they can have a dramatic and beautiful transformation?

From what I saw of the season, I was pleased with who won.

Is there math anywhere avail, that would tell us if Heba would have won against the other two girls if she had been put up ?
 
Heba looked like a sourpuss the whole time.
Boo for Amy not taking the consolation prize instead of grumpapotamus Heba.
Very happy Michelle won.

Okay so maybe that's not all....

I do think Heba would have won if it were her up there and not Ed. I was a little surprised that America voted for Ed to be in the final three considering he outright asked that people vote for Heba instead. But I suppose America didn't like the blah juju vibe she had about her and didn't want her to have a shot at winning.

I think everyone looked really beautiful and the transformations always make me gasp. So inspiring.
 
I was glad that Ed was the last of the 3 as I think Heba was too in your face. I think it worked in Ed's favor as a shoe-in for the final 3 since he is selfless and that certainly appealed more to me than Heba's plea. I also wanted either of the Amy's to win the at home money as they both looked awesome, so did Shellay. The only reason Heba won is because she has the most to lose. I just wasn't a fan of Heba. And Michelle deserved to win, she had such a great attitude and was so ready to quit in the middle of the show that it was wonderful to see her push through her struggles and conquer them in a such a BIG WAY. I so love this show; can't wait for January!!!
 
Pretty sure michelle would have won either way, I didn't see the finale (i actually didn't watch much of this season) but meg said that michelle had the highest percentage of weight loss anyways :)
 
heba would've been the biggest loser and i think america knew she would win and that's why they picked ed. heba and ed were major game players too and they were bff with vikki. america saw right through that.

i don't agree with them only picking young pretty people. colleen was the youngest one and she was 25 i think. most of them were 30's-40's. and they all happen to be gorgeous cause they're 100 lbs lighter and done up.
 
oh and speaking of TBL I see the new one starts January 6th.. does this mean they are at the ranch right now over christmas? that makes me sad. lol

Oh I didn't mean they ONLY picked pretty young people. I meant, that I can imagine that they see people like Brittany from last season and the girl that one this one and see the potential there...a really beautiful girl who is just fat...I mean, I know lots of people who are in this weight range...220-260, the weight that most of them usually start out at...that aren't nearly as beautiful...myself included LOL!
 
Im so glad Michelle won.. I have to go watch it now (I missed most of it because we were out shopping) but that stinks that Heba won the at home money.
 
I'm pretty sure America voted for Ed just to ensure a victory for Michelle. Heba would have been tough competition.

So glad Michelle won, the new season looks awesome, and all the contestants last night looked amazing! I was so impressed with Stacey, because wasn't she only at the ranch a week? She did AWESOME on her own!
 
I only saw 2 weeks of this show (the one where Colleen was voted out and the one that they voted out Amy)... but I loooooved Michelle (and her mom), and am SO glad that she won! She totally deserved the win! If Vicky would have won, I would have thrown something at my TV, lol!

sooo glad America chose Ed over Heba..i coudn't stand Heba OR Vicky on the show. Heba would have won the whole thing. I thought Michelle's percentage was higher and id din't tivo it, but in an article I read, Heba's was higher. Stacy looked awesome, but I think the most dramatic for me was Jerry!! He looked amazing and to be older it's harder to lose the weight. Such an inspiration!
 
I was doing the happy dance last night that Vicki didn't win!!!!!!!! I almost vomitted when she tried to make the sad sob story speech about how she realized how awful and mean she had been. PLEASE! You can't be a total beast and crazy mean for 12 weeks and then pretend you were wrong. Well, I guess you can, but I wasn't buying it;)

I was so glad that Michelle won! Go nice people!

I was furious that Heba beat Amy. I really wanted her to win since they were so awful to her when she was on the Ranch.

I'm excited they are doing a Season 7 in January! When I finally pulled it together to lose the baby weight from DS, it was BL that inspired me. This will be the perfect timing to get me motivated earlier to lose this baby weight.

if Heba had won the vote and been the 3rd finalist, she would have won the title and the grand prize. She had the highest % of weight loss of everyone this season.

I told Doug when they had the vote for heba thing that If I were voting I wouldn't vote for her for that reason. I wish Amy had won the at home prize but everyone looked really great, gets me motivated to lose weight after i have this baby! Can't wait for the new season
 
I was thrilled to see Michelle win too (I just watched it on tivo tonight!) And that Vicki got NOTHING, as she deserved, that mean, conniving wench. After Amy C's collosal stupidity on the show in NOT getting rid of Vicki when she had the chance, I wasn't too sorry to see her not win the consolation prize. I would have liked to have seen the other Amy win it since I thought she was nice and worked really, really hard.
