since I woke up this morning...

~ unloaded and re-loaded the dishwasher
~ swept the kitchen and dining room
~ played two games of CandyLand and Connect Four with the boys
~ sorted through every.single.toy in our giant playroom (to keep, donate, or toss)
~ moved stuff in the playroom to make room for Christmas tree
~ vacuumed playroom
~ took three suitcases and an ironing board to the basement and brought up the 200lb. Christmas Tree (I almost died doing it too)
~ set up the tree and "fluffed" the branches (that took two hours, I kid you not)
~ read three chapters of Tale of Despereaux to Cameron
~ listed some toys on craigslist
~ put away the last of my fall decorations
~ swept my front porch

I'm exhausted and its only 3pm.

 I'm exhausted just looking at your list. This is what I've done:

*made Mason's lunch and sent him to school at 8am
*made coffee around 9am when I realized how badly I needed something to get my brain working
*drank coffee and sat at the computer
*got another cup of coffee and sat at the computer
*researched getting Nickelback tickets
*texted my friend
*mostly just sat at the computer
*made Natalie lunch and then put her to bed
*grabbed a coke and sat at the computer

DH is off work in 15 minutes, Mason will be home in 45...and I'm still just sitting here. At the computer. I'm not even DOING anything...just randomly refreshing and otherwise being useless, lol.

ETA: For the record, I did start a layout, but it's on hold for now because I can't seem to get it right. LOL!

your a busy lady! I've been relaxing today, but I did alot yesterday... so I'm in the clear ;)

Ahhh, I remember those days fondly. The downside of being a working mom now is that any down-time I have at home needs to be spent doing housework. I miss being able to get caught-up on the house work and then have time to hang out in front of the computer for a while. I mean, I do that at night after everyone is in bed and DH is at work, but I miss being able to veg in the middle of the day.

wow, Jenny. you put all us slackers to shame, lol!

here's what i did:

*got up unwillingly because the kids kept asking for everything, lol
*made some coffee. must. have. coffee.
*ate some leftover apple pie.
*ate more leftover apple. pie. (lol)
*took clothes out of dryer and put them in a basket (where they'll stay 'til i feel like folding them, lol)
*put more clothes in the dryer and washer
*picked up and swept the living room. now, its messy again.
*took a bath, got dressed, got the kids dressed and headed to Meijer for groceries.
*now i am cooking dinner, while on the computer.

notice how there was not lunch in there? yah, thats because i just let my kids eat leftover pie! thats bad, really bad. i'm making it up to them for dinner however, lol.

LOL Corey! You're not alone. Connor slept right through lunch and Cameron ate almost a whole box of Wheat Thins for his lunch.

Stellar Parents UNITE!!
