I am watching The Veiw today. If I am not busy I usually watch it but the closer it gets to the election the more Joy Behar annoys the crap out of me. I want to say what I think of her but I am afraid it may get me banned from this site LOL. Anyone else watch this show? What do you think of her? I find myself yelling at the tv when she is talking because she really does tick me off so bad. I have to say though I love Elizabeth. She is really the only reason why I watch anymore. It used to be so funny and carefree but I dont know for the last few months Joy has been getting worse and worse. Its like once Rosie left she thought she needed to take the role of witch for the show. :cursing:
 
I can't deal with that show. Not that I'm home to watch it, but I used to flip it on in college if I didn't go to class :p

But for real, they all annoy the shizz out of me. Talking over each other, cackling like hens, blegh.
 
LOL you should see it today. Bill O'Reilly is on today. Joy wont even look him in the eye and she was being so rude to him. It is getting to the point that I do not want to watch it anymore. The reason I liked it is they talked about current events but kept it kinda light. Now Joy just gets so offended. Elizabeth though seemed to get kinda annoyed with Joy and she told Joy to take another sip of the Obama kool-aid LMAO. I thought that was just what she needed. The woman acts like Barack Obama is our next savior and that he can/would never do anything wrong.
 
Whoppie doesnt bother me as much as Joy. She can be bad but she isnt as bad. She doesnt talk over the others nearly as much as Joy does but thats not to say she hasnt annoyed me LOL. The other thing that bugs me about Joy is how she sounds. She reminds me of Fran Drescher or the woman who plays Janice on Friends. Her voice is soooo nasal!!
 
every single one except elizabeth are liberal. they don't allow elizabeth to ever have an opinion. super rude and annoying! whoopie can be ok sometimes, but overall they don't let elizabeth speak. this is just one example of how tired i am of the tirade the left is constantly on. sorry if anyone gets pissed off at me, but i'm sick and tired. sick and tired of the liberals giving 'joe the plummer' a hard time. the whole thing makes me nauseous. REALLY...obama feels he has the right to take some peoples money and give it to those who don't even pay taxes?? are they aware that this is called WELFARE!?!?!?! clinton gave houses away to people who couldn't afford them 12 years ago and now our housing market is done for...well i have news i'm done. america is turning into a european socialistic communist society...is there something wrong with that picture. i think so.

JOY IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM!!! i cannot stress enough how she gets under my skin, not to mention everyother celebrity that has completely gone off the deep end.
 
Liberal or conservative, they all annoy me. :D It just ends up being a shouting match because they're all so busy trying to get their own opinion out that they don't even really listen to what the others are saying. It's ridiculous. :thumbdown:

this is so very true of many shows. with the view, however, this is not the case. elizabeth is the ONLY one on the show with conservative viewpoints and she is always very polite on her stance while the others stomp on her and don't allow her to speak.

yes it is very true. I also watch a political show on PBS every Sunday which they do the same thing but they are a whole lot more respectful on that show and it seems to have a larger mix of veiwpoints where "the veiw" is really only from one veiwpoint because four against one Elizabeth just doesnt stand a chance.

I really like Whoppie. She can lighten the mood alot of times when it gets sooo mean-spirited. I dont like to hear either side yell over the other but why do you say Elizabeth is stupid?
 
Whoopie bothers me for other reasons.

I think all of them are annoying and they all stick in my craw for different reasons.

BTW, I don't really watch The View but I have seen segments and shows now and then.
I think that if they're going to talk politics, they need an equal representation from both sides. It's unfair to have all liberals and one conservative. As well, it would be unfair to have all conservatives and one liberal.

To be fair, this is not a show I watch even on a semiegularly basis but based on the clips I have seen, I disagree that she is very polite in her answers. But then I think we'll likely have to agree to disagree since I'm sure our views are skewed by who's political viewpoints we agree with more.
