Color Confectionary question

I had a thought - since there are fewer point opportunities available now, is there any way we could make the Color Confectionary challenge not have a deadline date, but just be able to do it anytime within that month? I hardly ever get them done lately because of the deadline.

I would like that too if it was possible. Sometimes there arent any challenges which seem to speak to me or I just do not get around to it on time
 
Ok, being a bad guy here, but I think it should stay the same. We need to have a few challenges that have time frames on them.
 
Well essentially the color challenge, took the place of the old Taste Test challenge and that had a weeklong time limit on it..I personally like the week deadline. Most of us can knock out at least a page in 1 week..plus, the blog is a pain to track and having to only do 1 of those a week is helpful lol (selfish maybe..but it's a big job lol)
 
I'm with the one week too, and for keeping it just the it is. There are always some challenges I just can't get into; for instance, taking pictures of your kiddos smiles,lol.
 
The one week doesn't bother me (especially if it's easier to track!), but I was wondering if we could have a few more of the challenges posted on the 1st. The first week has always been hard because there are fewer challenges to choose from, but I'm finding that it's hard to stretch the current number for 10 days. More challenges would be great, of course, but it could even be done without adding more for the month, just posting more of them on the 1st than on the 10th or 20th. I don't know if it affects anyone else's buying, but I know I can only get a certain number of new releases each month, and I'm less likely to buy them in a week when I've already done the challenges that interest me.

I know what you mean there, I've done all the challenges posted on the 1st. LOL
