What are the cartoon/character voices that bug the snot out of you?


For me it would have to be:
Ruby from Max and Ruby
Calliou
Wow Wow Wubzy
 
Ugh Ruby for sure.

I also really can't stand the Chipmunks. My kids have been into watching Teletoon Retro (a channel here in Canada that shows the OLD cartoons), and that damn old Alvin and the Chipmunks show comes on. Yesterday, they were singing and seriously, it went right through me. *shivers*

Yeah I hate him too, but it has nothing to do with his voice, I just can;t stand hime in general! lol

Umm, as far as voices, I can't stand the chick/duck thing from Wonderpets! I hate when Annie sings on Little Einsteins! And the Backyardigans are like nails on a chalkboard to me! lol
 
Oh, I love Wubzy!!!

I can't stand Ruby...where are their parents, anyway? She's so bossy and mean to Max.

I don't like Spongebob either, and he's a no-no in our house, but sometimes I catch DS sneaking it. :blink:

I briefly banned sponge bob after my 2 year old started calling everything stupid thanks to an episode that he watched that morning. Then, he just kept asking for it and I gave up (I'm a sucker lol). He is way more into Dora right now anyway so i decided that one Spongebob a week isn't going to kill him as long as he quits calling everything stupid! lol I still hate SB though so i have to leave the room lol. I let DS watch it while i blow dry my hair so there is no chance of me hearing him! lol
 
Honestly Diego annoys the cr*p out of me. He's always yelling. And DS has this Diego doll that I swear sometimes talks by itself. So all the sudden out of nowhere "HOLA! I'M DIEGO. CAN YOU MAKE THE SOUND THE THE...(pause)HUMPBACK WHALE" And he always pauses in the middle of a sentence. Sooooo annoying.
 
Oh OH!!!! I've got one. The clown on Big Comfy Couch. Other than being terrified of clowns in general, she's especially disturbing. :blink:
 
Definitely Ruby...I keep wishing Max would smack the crap out of her.

Dora's annoying, but Diego is the one I really don't like.
 
Caillou's voice doesn't so much annoy me as the status, or lack thereof, of his hair! Why is he preschool aged and bald?!?!

Patrick from SB is pretty annoying. I realize he's supposed to be stupid, but that voice can kinda lull you into a waking daze.
 
Definitely Ruby -- she is SO annoying! And the little Paz penguin, and any and all of the Care Bears. I love Spongebob, though.

Does Sarah Palin count as a cartoon character? Her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.
 
I guess I am okay with the younger cartoon voices- But the ones that really URK the crap out of me- Not just the voices either are that stupid Flapjack cartoon and everyone on the Chowder or whatever the heck you call that stupid one-
 
I completely agree with Ruby...and I also want to know why a 7 yr old and a 3 yr old live with no parents and Grandma doesn't seem to check on them very much.

My worst is DJ Lance from Yo Gabba Gabba....UGH!!!!!
 
I hate SB too... We dont watch Diego cause he's annoying.. and the sound of Max and Ruby doesnt bug me, but ITA with others, where are the parents?
I mean they dont live there obviously, they dont have rooms, and are never anywhere to be seen, or heard of??
 
Yep, Ruby, Caillou and ALL the SB characters. I have banned a bunch of shows on Cartoon Network because not only are they annoying, but they're just not productive... in fact, some are most like counter-productive... ugh!

Here's one who isn't are cartoon, but her voice makes me crazy... the female singer for Sugarland. UGH, their music is so great, but the way she sings bugs the snot out of me.
 
My little ones don't watch much TV. I don't know if it's because the big kids monopolize or because they are twins and they would rather play together. But my son Bryan puts on Spongebob and I scream from where ever I am to shut it off.
Oh! And Ed,Edd, and Eddy!
I hate cartoons. I can deal with the Disney stuff and Sesame Street. I even enjoy it sometimes. But I really hate anything Nickelodian or Cartoon Network. 14 years of cartoons is enough.
 
another one that bugs me is "The Simpsons" that cartoon is banned in my house. Not because of the content just because it annoys me soooo much

The original Loonette (Alyson Court) was fine, but the newest one is SO annoying! Like over-the-top happy/silly.

I also hate Ruby from Max & Ruby too.
 
well, my kids adore SB so its on quite often. he somewhat annoys me but not that much. they watch alot of nick Jr. i can tolerate those somewhat educational shows, but i HATE cartoon network. those shows are horrible! they dont watch that channed very often. if they're going to watch tv i prefer it to be teaching them something atleast.
 
awww. i heart spongebob!!! that show is truely hilarious.

cannot stand the telletubbies, that freaky man on yo gabba gabba, CALLIOU!! and DORA!!!
 
I cannot stand Yo Gabba Gabba. I absolutely REFUSE to let my boys watch that nonsense. Seriously, it makes me want to scream.

As for annoying voices, I'm with the Caillou group. That kid is sooooooo whiney and I sort of just wanna reach through the television screen and slap that kid! lol
