Font help

k....i keep seeing this font. and i want it. then i found this. okay. then i found this. But it doesn't quite look the same as what i'm seeing. is there another font that looks similar to those ali edward brushes? or is this the same and i'm just crazy, lol.
 
Can you show a page that uses the font you're thinking of?

A couple that look a bit like Ali's font are Susie's Hand and Pea Jenny Script.

eta: I'm a dingus and now I'm thinking completely misread your post. LOL. If so, ditto to what Mimi said. ;)

I figure Ali Edwards must change up her handwriting a little bit when she makes those brushes? Makes the letters a little exaggerated somewhat?

I wish I had cool handwriting like hers.
 
I'm pretty sure those brushes are hand-drawn so I think the font is the closest you'll get. I used her font on this page because she didn't have brushes that had all the words I needed but I don't really think it looks that different.
 
yah, thanks everyone. i think that is pretty close. i have seen people referring to another one, CK Alis Writing. i can't seem to find it anywhere though. the one i found will do. thanks again!

The font you found is CK Alis writing :)
 
ah, it has a different name in my file, lol. i found susies hand too. i've heard a rumor that someone stole her font and renamed it susies hand. it looks very close to the ali font.
 
I think Susie's Hand is like the knock-off version where as the one from Ali's site is the official one. I'm pretty sure Susie's Hand was available long before Ali came out with her own.
 
The story goes that someone stole bits 'n' pieces of her handwriting from her book(s) and made it into Susie's Hand. Some people were very anti-Susie's Hand for this reason, and some weren't. I think Ali posted somewhere (CK website or her blog, maybe?) that it was not her official handwriting and not made with her permission, but she was letting people decide for themselves whether they wanted to use it or not.

Then she came out with her official font and now sells all those yummy brushes with her own handwriting at DD.
