problems with the shoppe

Hi Everyone, my name is Karan, i was sent the link to your site from a friend and i love the digi stuff....

i made a few purchases in the store last night, great stuff by the way, i downloaded all of them, and unzipped them, not having a ton of space on my laptop, i deleted the zip filed before i looked to see it everything unzipped properly...

well i deleted the wrong one,

i had already logged out of the store, i went to log back in and it told me my email and password did not exist...i tried a couple times, nothing....

so i re registered, thinking it would tell me that, the email is already used....that didnt work..

i now have no way of getting into my first account to access my downloads and sent three emails to the store administrator and have heard nothing from anyone..

so i joined as a member here, thinking this was my other alternative...can someone help me?
 
Robin will get back to you as soon as she reads your email. She's really awesome about stuff like that, but is also on Cali time so she may be doing stuff with kids or something.

My advise is to just be patient. :) Or, check your recycling bin for the zip file.
 
Just send a pm to Robin ans she should be able to help you...do you have an e-mail receipt? If so just tell her the order # and it should all be good!!!!

[email protected] is the best way to get in touch w/her..she's buried in PMs. Just be patient, she is on PST and does have a small kiddo at home still, she'll get you squared away as soon as she can I'm sure :)

now i can get back to playing with my digi stuff :P
