1 - I just had some honey cheerios for the first time in like.......years. SO tasty for lunch :)

2 - I've listened to "Two Step" by DMB off the live in Central Park cd 9 times so far today. It's a 20 minute song/unbelievable jam session.

3 - Jordan leaves tonight for the weekend and I miss him already. That NEVER happens, I'm usually happy for some alone time. Weird.

4 - My scrap mojo has disappeared, but my hybrid mojo is in full swing. I REALLY need to finish off 1 or 2 of the 7 projects I have going right now.

So how is everyone else's day going? Lol.
 
1 - I'm procrastinating...I've got a couple projects I wanted to have up for this Saturday, and umm...I haven't really started them yet, lol.

2 - I can't wait until naptime, when it's quiet in here. Natalie's GREAT at playing by herself now that Mason is gone, but she's just all the time chattering and making people/animals talk in really annoying voices, lol.

3 - I miss my neighbor...sounds like a weird thing to say, but I feel like visiting someone and she's not home.

4 - I really need to clean my house, but again, I'm procrastinating. We have friends coming over for supper tomorrow because they're back in the country after moving to Cambodia last November. I also need to make a grocery list for DH to pick up tonight for supper tomorrow.
 
1 - I had Cheetos for lunch. Don't tell.

2 - I watched another episode of 'Days of Our Lives' today. Don't tell.

3 - I am one page away from having ALL my CT layouts for the week done AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. *high5*

4 - Office Depot is not really a fun store to browse through.

5 - I am waiting for BF to get back from training. I hope that he will take me to this place tonight (he pointed it out as we drove in last night) which is like a grownup Chuck E Cheese:

6 - I am becoming increasingly more despondent abt the job interview I had Wednesday. She said she would call 'midweek,' so now that it's Thursday afternoon and definitely past midweek, I'm growing concerned that my lack of a phone call/email means certain rejection.

7 - The A/C in this hotel room is kinda like what I would imagine it would feel like if I hiked up a mountain... naked. And wet. And had a headcold.

2. i ate some special k today for the first time in my entire life and it wasn't half bad.

3. i need more coffee.

4. i'm pretty bored actually...kinda annoyed about that.

LA, Dave and Busters is SO fun!! Drinking + video games + prizes = AWESOMENESS!!! I went with some friends like 2 months ago when Jordan was out of town, and we haven't had a chance to go back as a group yet. SO FUN! He better take you. He can play skeeball and win a bunch of tickets and get you something from the prize place :)

ETA: Lizzy, I heart Special K :) I'm just bad with cereal cuz I get bored with it about halfway through the box. Or I run out of milk at work and don't remember to get more until the cereal is stale. :p
 
1. I had sour cream cheddar chips and a banana for breakfast.

2. ummmmm....I could possibly be preggo?

3. For two hours last night I was soooo bored...I watched WWE

4. I'm re-organizing my kitchen cupboards. I'm slightly compulsive that way.

5. I think I want more chips.

2. I need to be sweeping or something and WILL not motivate to do it.

3. Also, need to do a couple of CT pages and, hmmm..... mojo isn't there today.

4. And like Lizzy -- I need more coffee but I want it iced. (B/C it is HOT here!)
 
1 - I'm lying on the couch, feel like crap, but I have 3 pages done already today. I am in the scrapping zone LOL

2 - I just ate two HUGE pieces of lasagne, just because!

3 - I have been watching CSI reruns on the Spike channel all day

4 - There are a bazillion spiders outside my house. We have sprayed the house a ton of times, and they keep coming back! ack!

5 - Rae is home with me, tony is gone, and I might lose my mind. She is a crazy one! LOL

So here's what you do, k? Go to your nearest Costco - they may have some of the Big Train Mocha Frappe mixes left (sooo yummy). Buy crushed ice. Buy a blender if you don't have one. Go home, brew some coffee, then let it cool. Put some coffee, mix, and ice into your blender and um...blend. Pour into a glass. YUMMO! If you don't want to wait to brew coffee and cool it, you could just make it with milk or water...or instead of ice, you could use vanilla icecream and milk. SUPER good.

OR just go through the McD drive-through and order an iced coffee. they're pretty good!

I don't think McD coffee is bad actually. i'm not sure that I actually know what good coffee is LOL . . . might be more important to me that it tastes fresh . ..
 
Bored here, too.

It's raining. I'm moody. I deleted a whole almost-complete LO this morning, because I decided I hated it. So I've been browsing the forum and the shoppe for something to do.

Anyone have a good suggestion for a boys' kit they like? My DS isn't into sports. He's kinda the nerdy, quiet kid in class. And I have SO many kits for my girls, but I really need to find some for Josh. The LO I tossed this morning was one of his, and it just didn't mesh with his personality at all. KWIM?
 
1. I need to win the lottery - the car we just got from the ILs is acting funky (stalls out, bucking, being a PITA), the tranny in my van has always been a piece of s**t, AND the tranny in the truck slipped last night - so no driving it til it gets fixed otherwise it will turn out like my van!! And well, the money would come in handy so we could freakin' buy a house, so we don't have to worry about looking for a new place to rent since we have to be out of our current place by April.

2. I should be cleaning my house since my grandparents are bringing Cody home this weekend, and my grandmother is allergic to dust. But man, I haven't CLEANED ALL SUMMER!!! I should have started this weeks ago, but kids and clean do not go hand in hand.

3. Said grandparents are old and like to harp on anything and everything that I have done wrong in the past, what my mother has done wrong, my brother, etc. I hope they are only staying one day, but I have a feeling they are going to be here all weekend. And bummer - we want to go to the demolition derby on Sunday - not something I could take them to.

4. I am hungry and a bowl of regular chips looks to be my lunch for the day.

5. I am behind on scrapping for this month, er, make that all summer. I have barely taken any pics other than my concert pics and trip pics. None of the kids really.

6. I am thinking that Bree's suggestion for a Big Train Moccha Frappe sounds DELISH!!! My grandparents (the ones that are descending on my house this weekend) bought me a huge tin of the stuff!!! (ok, so they do some stuff that makes me love them)

So yeah, my day (ok, my week, my month, my life ...) is stressing me out!!!!
 
My day is actually going pretty well.

1 - I managed to print off all the things for a church meeting tonight.

2 - I finally got my desk cleared for scrapping tomorrow.

3 - I finally got all my CS3 tutorials that I've printed from all over the web into my Photoshop binder

4 - I ate a tuna sandwich for lunch

5 - I haven't drank ANY carbonated drinks for a week
 
1. I have discovered that blogging is actually a way to make things go my way. LOL (I blogged about not exchanging gifts on our anniversary and now my hubby wants to go buy new couches!! hahaha... note to self, blog about everything you want. ;) )

2. I am going to make banana bread today. And I will probably eat a whole loaf of it :blink: because I make awesome banana bread. I'll take pics later of it and post the recipe on my blog tomorrow!

3. I took a week off regular work just to hang out at home with my kids and now I never want to go back. Boohoo for monday.

4. I want to do a hybrid project or two this weekend!
 
Julie, did you read my mind or something?? I was planning on making banana bread this weekend!! PLEASE post your recipe tomorrow :)
 
1. my kitchen is a mess from this morning and right now I don't care

2. i've almost eaten an entire container of chex mix I bought at the deli yesterday

3. i've spent most the day in DH's recliner catching up on stuff I'd tivoed but not watched yet

4. I found a 20 dollar bill in my purse that i didn't know was there! yay! lol
 
1. I need to clean my house, but can't quite seem to get motivated.

2. I'm way excited about my 4 day weekend!!

3. I can't wait to eat at Red Lobster tomorrow night - Nate knows just how to cheer me up!! :)

4. I desperately want to scrap tonight - and I will.

5. I'm actually really nervous to take my glucose tolerance test here in the next few weeks. Hopefully it goes okay!! :)
 
1. I got my bi-weekly challenge at my msn psp group posted in time. yay me.

2. I got one more lo done last night and posted my answer on the blog for the weekly from our blog to yours, so I know I've enough points for Sweet Rewards!

3. Right now I'm watching Hogan's Heroes on the TVLand channel. I grew up with it and love it.

4. I'm a packrat addict and not ashamed to admit it :p

5. Are there any "poor man" recipes for the iced coffee delights I've seen mentioned? There's no Costco around here, no Target and the local McD's is 14 miles away. Tim Hortons is the best, but sadly it's over 25 miles away and is a rare treat :( .

4) I'm sick of eating healthy... I want a coke & fries!!!!

1. My second *real* day at work just ended and I realized something.... I LOVE my job!!

2. If I was to buy a case of Caffeine Free Dr. Pepper, I would drink it ALL in one night. And THAT would be a problem. lol

3. I miss hanging out with my BF Liz. Now that I"m a working girl (tee hee) I don't get to hang with her as much! :thumbdown:
 
1. was going to clean and be super productive too but not happening.
2. very annoyed b/c the personal online gallery I made for myself on my own webspace is not appearing and now I will have to figure out why and I don't want to . . .
