Mine start tomorrow and it's Colton's first day of Pre-K too! :)

But Lane goes to middle school this year -- boo for middle school!
 
Awwww... Traci. I know how you feel. I was SO ready for Cam to start school, but it was a *little* bittersweet because it meant he was growing up. You'll get over that real quick when you realize the difference in is having just one child at home. :)

ETA: Cameron starts the first grade in a mere FIVE days!!
 
Sigh. Mine start on Monday. Kendra will be in middle school, and Taylor starts high school.

Anthony stared 1st grade last Monday. Ellie wanted to stay and go to Kindergarten LOL. I told her one more year! (Then I will be crying w/ the rest of you)
 
Cam started prek last week!! Shes loving it but man she comes home sooooooooooooooo grumpy (tired and hungry)
 
What a cutie! My oldest dd started this past Monday and ds will start 2 days a week on Friday! I always look forward to gettting back on a schedule since we travel like all summer long!

Mine don't start school until 9/3, but it's all good...they're with my mother until Sunday. :p
 
My first grader starts tomorrow. THANK GOD! She and I have been going round and round this past week. It is definitely time for her to go back to school. :)

Preschool doesn't start until Tuesday though so I've got a little more time before it's the baby and me with some one on one time. :)
 
Gabriel started kindergarten Monday. I had been dreading it for like a month but it has been a pretty good experience so far. Tristan starts preschool for his second year next Monday.

I can't really fault my child though b/c I get the same way when I'm hungry and tired. I make her a snack and about 30 mins later she's fine lol...I feel like I'm kinda spoiling her dinner though b/c she picks at it most of the time now. She eats lunch and a snack at school and i feed her breakfast before she goes so I'm not sure what else I can do lol

I think Hannah is just going through a growth spurt that seems to be lasting for a couple years LOL! I am actually thankful for school because it saves us a little money. In summer she would honestly eat all day if I let her!
I got Sonic for supper one night and I got her a corndog and after she ate it she comes to me and asks when is supper. I was like honey, you just ate supper! She starts falling to pieces claiming that she thought that was just a snack LOL! This is our everyday thing! I dread when ds starts his growing. I will have to get a job just to feed us all!
 
Hahahahaha!! I knoooooow the feeling! Both of mine started this morning. Kaylea for the first time ever. So I felt the waaaaaaaaah! But I got so much done today!! :)
 
nope my daughter is going into 11th grade and my son is going into 9th grade. All this does is remind me that they are both so close to being ready for college which I am SOOOO not ready for!! I mean I look forward to it being just my husband and me again someday but it makes me sad too because being a mom is all Ive ever done.

Oh isn't he just the cutest thing! Nathan will start preschool/pre-K on Sept 15th and I'm excited and nervous all at the same time!
 
Aww he's so cute Traci!! Kaylie's first day was today - here's my little first grader! She was so excited to be at school all day this year (kindergarten is only 1/2 day here) & to get to eat lunch at school!

What a cutie (yours too Shawna!!). My 5th grader and 1st grader start August 25th!!! Woo Hoo. My 3.5 year old should be starting pre school but momma just couldn't let him go, I'll work with him here at home this year and then he will have next year for pre school!!!

Nope, Libby... I have an 11th grader, but then I also have a 2 year old! I'm not thinking of preschool or kindergarten, just enjoying where we are :)

My oldest, Jacob, will be a junior in high school and doesn't start until early Sept. However, for the next 2-3 weeks Jacob has football doubles and triples, so it's like he is already in school anyway.
My youngest, Logan, will be starting kindergarten (eeek!) in early Sept. Kindergarten is only until 11:30 am, so we'll still have lots of time together!

Mine started on Monday with a brand new teacher. My kid, however, is a "trouble" kid according to her teacher, all of a sudden. Hopefully it's just a phase and both of them will adjust to one another soon cuz it's driving me freakkkkinnnn crazy!! Giving it til the end of the week.
 
My son starts Kindergarten on September 2nd ... and Julia has "Jamboree" on the 4th of September for the Pre-K program, and she'll start school officially on the 8th of September. I am a bit freaked out about Blake going into Kindergarten ... it seems like such a huge milestone ... AND I found out today he's got two loose teeth! I was shocked!! He's too LITTLE for that! LOL!!

By the way, your photo is spectacular. Great 1st day of school outfit! :thumbup:
 
Zak will be a sophomore and Connor will be a freshman...Still 2 years till Landen heads to kindergarten...Zak turned 16 today :(

Haley doesn't start till Sept 2nd and Chelsea won't start kindergarten till next September.
 
that photo is perfect, T!! i feel your pain with the back to school. my last baby is now a kindergartener. :( soon J will be too. :blink:
 
I just got back from taking Chloe to her first day of Kindergarten. Waaaaaaaaaah!! She looked so scared, lol! She was nervous, poor thing. I hope she comes out of her shell soon and starts to feel comfortable. When she's in a new situation like that she is VERY shy. I felt really bad leaving her, lol!

plus; I FORGOT MY CAMERA!!!!! DAMN it. I"ll just get her to pose for me when i go pick her up, hehehe. no one will know it was the after pic; well except for you guys now, lol.
