Anyone make their wedding album digi?

I finally got all my wedding pictures scanned and I really want to do a shutterfly album for them, but I don't want to scrap them. I just want a clean and simple book, other wise it will take me forever.

Anyone make a wedding book like this?

I'm also looking for very simple white wedding papers. I don't want grungy or anything, sort of like what shutterfly has on their site, but I want to set the pages up myself, not using their premade layouts.

I'm planning on using's Lauren's Will you kit for the cover. Any other suggestions would be awesome.

Did you see my Elegant Evening, Elegant Wedding kits and the premade album pages?

You are ahead of me! I still need to scan my wedding pics!!

I was just going to suggest Heather's kits! :)

I may do my wedding pics digi..... I never scrapped them with paper because I was afraid I would "mess up".

I need to do this too, Vanessa. My photographer just called me a couple months ago and offered me a full res CD of all of our images for $25!! They were cleaning out their older files, so of course I jumped at the chance to get them. I just have no clue what to do with them now.

Hopefully someone will have some good ideas for you.

I scanned mine a few years ago when I borrowed my parents' proof album. I started to do a paper scrapped album, but the copies weren't great. I've been thinking I'll do it digi now that I have the skills and the photos will turn out better.
I like the elegance of Heather's kit, and the sweetness of Lauren's kit, but I will probably pick something with the colors of my wedding - a daytime off-white, sage green, a touch of gold, with splashes of pansy purple and yellow (I had frosted pansies on my cake) - regardless of the kit theme. That's the way I had started by paper album...

Crap Heather, I totally forgot about your wedding kit. LOL! I have it. :)

Thanks for reminding me.

Yeah, I have a sorta paper wedding album. I'm not a traditional scrapper, so I was a little worried to try something too traditional.

This is what I think I want to do. Shutterfly Example

I did the Shutterfly rectangular albums for our parents instead of the more traditional parent's albums. Boring me just used one of the shutterfly wedding templates.

I'm trying to scrap the wedding for us - I think I have like 7 pages I am happy with right now and three of them don't even have people in them :P

I'll definitely be scrapping our wedding pics digi. It's way easier for me to digi scrap than paper scrap at this point. I just can't give up paper scrapping until I've depleted some of my stash, lol. Good thing I've got a projects list a mile long!

I think I'll end up making multiple albums, especially because we're having a wedding as part of a cruise. I will probably do a lot of digital and hybrid stuff.
